This was a large fridge and we just bought the house so we stocked up. I didnt expect a fridge I just almost spent $2k on to break. After pulling teeth back and forth best buy agreed to replace it. It has been just over a year and the 2nd one is now broken with the same issue as the first. Samsung is telling me sorry youre out of the first year warranty period. That will be another $130 just to have someone come diagnose it for you. Im waiting for that to happen and I will probably cry if Im given the run around as to why it doesnt fall under a certain parameter. I just want to be refunded and get something different. This has been one of the worst experiences. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

It replaced a 14 year old much smaller one. We really like its' layout and features. We love the modern, sleek look of the glass doors. We certainly would recommend this model to anyone looking purchase a new refridgerator. Best Buy offered us a great deal on this model.

Ordered and received the delivery on October 29th of this unit. Did not realized the diffenrent when we were looking for how to open the beverage door. Our mistake. Asked the sales person, it too late to swich. Nothing wrong with this one, so far we are happy, just a little let down.
