    Awesome refrigerator just don’t buy open box

    We love the fridge but didn’t love the price tag of new so we took advantage of their “open box” inventory. DEFINITELY would NOT recommend shopping open box items. There were multiple units of this model that were open box price but we picked the one we purchased because it had no cosmetic flaws. It did however have signs of use on the inside (plastic and styrofoam protection was gone) The one we purchased was priced at their Satisfactory open box price which listed on their website indicates dents and scratches are not included at satisfactory price. The day that it was delivered it arrived with a dent on the front bottom drawer. On top of the dent when I opened it up to clean it as I took out the shelves and drawers I found a large amount of food crumbs and some sort of liquid that spilt under one of the drawers in the refrigerator portion. I guess my fault for not taking the entire inside out before buying it but what the worst was when I went to open the freezer and took those drawers out to clean them and discovered MOLD! Pictures posted below. I’m sorry but $1500 is not a small amount of money and if items are returned that Best Buy plans on reselling they should give them a good cleaning especially refrigerators that have spilt food. They should honestly be embarrassed. I called corporate immediately after finding the dent and crumbs in the fridge and their response was “I honestly don’t recommend purchasing anything open box that is listed less than excellent condition” So even their employees don’t think you should shop those items. They did offer to come pick up the fridge if I want to return it but I lose my delivery fee or they will bring me a new fridge to exchange I would just have to pay the price difference. Both of those scenarios leave me wasting a day waiting for the delivery and the hassle of trying to make room and move all our food to the garage freezer and coolers again.

    the door keeps breaking the tab at the bottom :-( this is the first time that I have had a bad experience with Samsung. I have called them and pending repair or replacement. This small clip is what holds the door on they need a better and longer screw.

    I am a Samsung products fan. All off the previous Samsung products I have bought never had an issue. If it did, it was resolved quickly. My fam wanted to update our fridge and we bought this together as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We like the size, design and features. I was even happy that it can connect to my cell phone. After one month of having it, it stopped working. The fridge wont stay cool for both Fridge and Freezer. I can't return it anymore since it is past the return deadline. Glad we got the warranty. Someone came to check on it today and he said, it's the compressor. Now, just waiting for it to be fix. Hopefully, will get someone soon.

    I think the Bespoke is a bulky, beautifully designed refrigerator freezer. Unfortunately, the only thing that worked well in my unit were the lights and water dispenser.

    the refrigerator is great, the delivery people broke my fence and best buy is giving me radio silence. Sad that a large company like best buy doesn't just do the right thing. If I had it to do over I would but the same refrigerator from someone else.

    Nice design, the dual ice machine is a great idea, however both machines are real slow in replenishing ice. I had Samsung care on the phone to solve the issue to no avail.

    It is not fingerprint proof the shelf was broken and the water pitcher overflows and no one bows why but the geek squad has been on it the whole time trying to figure it out so that part is awesome

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. In most models, this can be fixed by removing the pitcher, allowing the compartment to drain, and then drying it down.

    It's big but it doesn't seem like it holds that much. Don't like the configuration of shelves, water pitchers, etc. Do like the auto fill pitcher though. Ice access doesn't make sense. Excellent concept but the lid is hidden where scoop goes after it's opened. Doesn't seem to keep as cold as last one. Frosted freezer from beginning. Install was a freaking nightmare with bb.
