    I look forward to getting the glass panels because the regular panels show fingerprints very easily. There’s not enough options for the shelf’s in the refrigerator section, although there could be. The self filling water picture is nice. However they claimed to have regular and crushed ice, there is only large and small cubes and I love crushed and shaved ice. I just got my fridge about two weeks ago and I need to have someone come out to look at the inside freezer drawers, they stick and make a loud noise when opening and closing.

    Overall, the refrigerator works well. We bought the fridge in January of 2024 and are experiencing "louder" noises than usual from it. There is a plastic piece between the double doors that is supposed to block the air from leaking between the doors that does not work properly, and we have to constantly check it. I would like to see more storage for the freezer area but overall can't complain.

    I would like to inform you about the purchase of my refrigerator. This comment is not due to bad intentions, but rather to tell you my experience about the Samsung-Bespoke 30 cu.ft refrigerator. French Door smart refrigerator. After 3 months my refrigerator stopped cooling, which led to the claim. which they tried to send a technician to repair it which for some reason they canceled the appointments for x reasons. Three weeks later I was able to make a claim which I was able to get my money back or the exchange of a new refrigerator.

    Buyer Beware!

    First things first! Best Buy support was great and so were both delivery personnel. So here is my story. My wife loves Sonic type ice or hospital ice that is small and easily chewable. This is why I picked this refrigerator brand, that and I’ve been happy with my old Samsung refrigerator. Of your thinking of buying this brand for the Sonic type ice think again because that’s not what your getting. You’re getting bite size ice not not anything close to Sonic type ice. What your also getting is a design flawed ice delivery system that requires you to constantly move the ice from the back of the ice container to the front of the container otherwise it builds up in the back and stops making ice falling way short of the 10lb capability this machine is able to produce. Also having the ice tray and maker in the bottom take up room in the freezer but does give more room in the refrigerated section. I had this unit for 2 weeks and after 3 calls to Samsung, dropping my freezer temp to -2 and resetting my ice maker and constantly moving my ice forward I’m finally getting a full container of ice. Well actually it’s over a month because the first refrigerator freezer section would close properly so it never made ice and Best Buy had to swap it out. But it all worked out because when they replaced my refrigerator the range that was supposed to be delivered with the first refrigerator was delivered with the second one. Just because it shows available when you purchase it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to show up. Try to set up your delivery on your day off so your not missing work. One last thing, if you call Samsung let them walk your through their troubleshooting steps otherwise they will charge you a service fee if they show up and can’t find anything wrong.

    The middle flap doesnt always reset when opening and closing the door. Also the freezer has ice build up that can affect the drawers opening.

    Smart bespoke three door

    Unfortunately not happy with the freezer on the bottom and not having access to outside water and ice. Even though there's a pitcher inside, it's just not the same and even though the refrigerator is larger it doesn't seem like I can fit the same amount of items because of the different configuration of the shelving and the lower portion of the freezer wish I would have stuck to my original wishes and just gone with the side by side with the ice and water on the outside...
