Pros: - Fridge is very large. Lots of drawers and shelves. - The two types of ice are more handy than I initially thought. The nugget ice is really cool for people who like to chew ice and for cooling down warm drinks quickly. - Very quiet operation. I can barely hear the compressor. - WiFi is pretty neat! I like getting notifications on my phone if I leave the door open. - This fridge has INSANE cooling power. My previous fridges always took a long time to cool down after putting in warm groceries. But this fridge barely changes temperature. You can hear the compressor kick in harder to compensate. Cons: - Freezer has a bit of a squeak to it when you open it. Seems weird for a brand new unit. - Autofill pitcher VERY EXPENSIVE to replace. I don't know how Samsung justifies charging $150 for a small plastic pitcher. So take care of the one you get. - Ice maker is pretty slow so you may run out of ice if you have a big family. You can use the power freeze function to speed it up but it shuts off automatically after a few hours. - Since they included a second set of drawers, the only place you can store sodas is the top shelf (or on the door shelves but that adds a lot of weight to the doors). If you move the middle shelf up one slot, then you can store them on the bottom, but then you lose the ability to store larger items on the middle shelf. I would have preferred just one set of drawers. for extra shelf space. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. The only thing I would change is skipping the autofill pitcher option. It would have saved me money and it's not as useful as I thought it would be.

Definitely a lot of refrigerator room. The water container in door is nice. Ice maker is a little slow to make ice and yes scooping out ice with plastic scoop seems loud but it is nice having scoop holder built in. Would of liked more freezer room and maybe quicker ice production, maybe have just one size ice which will give a little more freezer space. I knew what we were buying and we are very happy with it and no regrets. Also everyone that has seen it says all great compliments on style/looks. Maybe 4.5 over all but will adjust as time goes on

Really love love the fridge. Only thing, is it arrived damaged. When we took it out of the box it has a part on the top of the door that looks like it was melted. We have tried contacting Best Buy several times and can’t get anyone to help us. Sucks to pay so much for appliances and have them arrived damaged

So far it’s a good refrigerator with a cool design and color. It’s very spacious especially the freezer section. I like how it has a small section for the ice. You can also control the temperature with the SmartThing once downloaded on your phone. Just make sure you measure the space where you want it because it’s quite large Refrigerator

Absolutely love this Fridge, love the ice maker with 2 kinds of ice and the fact that it is inside the freezer. Love the autofill picture in the inside door as well no more messy outdoor panels from water and ice spills. Tons of space...

Fridge is great & I'd give it a five-star rating across the board, except two cheap & not very robust (change design) nylon spacers/bearings on the ice tray drawer & draw cover were found to be broken/missing (1 each) after setup. Best Buy's solution is to exchange the entire refrigerator rather than simply get me a replacement ice tray drawer & cover unit, but that's BB's policy, so OK. I don't know if the parts were damaged in the manufacturing, shipping, delivery or setup, but I'm now having to go thru the whole prep/delivery/haul away process again - hopefully it's accomplished w/o any similar problem(s).

Extra large fridge thats fits everything perfectly. I had to return twice due to small reason but hopefully third time is the charm.

We've had this fridge for just over a year now and it's been every bit of what we were expecting. It comes with the dual ice machine which is green to switch it up from time to time. Some cons to be aware of is sometimes when you push one of the doors shut it will pop back open slightly and after 30 seconds or so start beeping alerting you that the door is still partially open. Another slight con is the sound. Compared to our last fridge, this one is much more noisy but nothing to be too concerned about. All in all this fridge has worked great and the storage compartments and openness in the middle section highlight the benefits of this fridge.

Very nice appearance, in door pitcher is great, lots of room, very useful layout. Fridge worked perfecy for 6 months then stopped filling pitcher and ice problems. Needed new motherboard but those are unavailable so they replaced whole unit, we bought BB warranty. Replacement unit arrived misaligned so doors dont closed properly and ice storage doesnt catch lid. Working this now.

I really really wanted to love this fridge but it has some issues. It's huge but doesn't store as much as I'd hope for. LOVE the auto filling pitcher inside the door. Keeping the outside of it clean is a fulltime job for sure and bought wipes just for it. The shelving choices or lack there of is a huge issue. I will say you can totally fit a xl pizza box in this thing :)

The refrigerator works perfectly, and the built-in water system provides convenient access to cold water at any time. However, there's one issue: the left and right doors are uneven. I noticed this immediately after the fridge was installed. The technician added some spacers, which temporarily fixed the problem for a few weeks, but now, after a month, the doors are misaligned again.

Tons of room in this refrigerator. There are few small issues I would change, like you can't open the lower drawer on the right side without opening both doors. Why? But the biggest negative is that the larger size ice cubes stopped working six weeks after warranty ran out. I have never had a refrigerator break that soon. What ever happened to quality?

I do love my new fridge. Its has plenty of rooms to store. All the drawers are best and easy to organize it. Its easy to clean. Plus, ice maker has lid which’s the reason I choose this fridge than other brands. Water pitcher’s easy to use. But our water pitcher stopped working in 3 weeks so we replacing it with same one. Other than that I really love this one.

Fridge is great. Looks nice, and functions well. After plugged in it cooled down very quickly. My wife wanted the White Glass Panels to match our kitchen color. It looks nice but I do miss having handles on the face of the doors to open and close the fridge. Thats why I only gave 4 it stars. Its a personal preference and no big deal. I like the water pitcher auto refill inside the left door. You will always have a pitcher of cold water handy and really convenient for making coffee. Over all its a great fridge!

Love the Refrigerator size. Fits everything and more. Love the look of the unit. Love the ice maker. Do not like the Freezer. Little smaller than we are used to, and will be returning for a bigger model.

Good space on the refrigerator top but the freezer side way too small . I don’t like the doors you have to open both doors to reach the drawers!!

Love the fridge. Really love the ice options and the auto-fill pitcher. The shelf design is rather poor, especially the bottom shelf. Had a pack of raw meat leak and the juice got trapped between the glass and the plastic elements. Made it extremely difficult to clean.

The refrigerator does what it’s supposed to do. The water pitcher refilled is useful.

Sleek design makes this refrigerator easy to clean which is great when you have little ones running around. Also, plenty of space inside for larger items.
