A BestBuy representative told me on a phone call that a discount was going to be given for the inconvinience and as today nothing has happened. Currently Lowes when you buy the refrigerator panels are free. I had to purchase 2 other panels since the once bestbuy sold me dont match the other samsung appliances I purchase.

It's pretty otherwise, but its higher maintenance than stainless steel. It took almost two months for Best Buy to find someone who knew how to install them. It sat panel-less for two months. Also: Don't trust the reviews of the product. I keep writing it only to be blocked either by Samsung or Best Buy? How do i know this? I reviewed the main fridge and a week later got an email saying "don't forget to review your fridge to get bonus points," I did it three times over six weeks. Last i checked I still can't find the review.
