Beautiful and worth the wait

The blue looks like sea glass and adds a nice touch of color to our neutral colored kitchen. Make sure you get the right Panels, they look similar but the sizes for are very specific, so check the specs not just the picture. Best Buy support and delivery has been amazing.

Fantastic smart fridge

Gets 4 stars because we had to remodel the kitchen wall for it to fit. And Best Buy wrecked the side of it when they moved it into my house. Luckily the wreckage hides behind the counter. Overall, very happy with the refrigerator.

I had one open-box panel that had plastic clips along the top and bottom and long magnets along each side. The panel I ordered had plastic clips on all four sides. The open-box panel went on in just a few seconds and fit very securely. The new one could not be snapped into place. I tried, BB Geek Squad X 2 tried, we switched to old panel to the other side. It went on quite easily again, and the new panel could not be made to fit at all. The BB sales rep is seeking a solution.

Samsung Refrigerator is

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is all good but the first time when The refrigerator was dilivered they brought the wrong size panels so had to reorder, so 3 weeks past the new panels cane in the gentleman brought them and again wrong size. Some is not paying attention to there job. So for the third time had to reorder panels but smaller and hope they come in the right size. And for all this trouble for not doing it right the first time we are wanting a discount for going thru all this trouble and waiting.
