    Wrong color panel in box. I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy being told that they had certain color panels, when the refrigerator came to my home the panel was damaged, another panel was missing, I then ordered a replacement online, I got an alert from Best Buy that it was ready to be picked up at my local store. I drove to the store to get it, it took them a while to bring it out front and when I open the box, it was not the navy color I had ordered but rather a white panel inside that is useless so they had to process the return. I have been dealing with this for months and it has been horrible.

    It seems Samsung changed the design of the panel and didn't tell anyone. I had one open-box panel that had plastic clips along the top and bottom and long magnets along each side. The panel I ordered had plastic clips on all four sides. The open-box panel went on in just a few seconds and fit very securely. The new one could not be snapped into place. I tried, BB Geek Squad X 2 tried, we switched to old panel to the other side. It went on quite easily again, and the new panel could not be made to fit at all. The BB sales rep is seeking a solution.

    Had a worst experience buying this product in Best Buy, may be this will be my last order from Best Buy. 1) Ordered a Samsung bespoke refrigerator panel on sep30 and they couldn’t deliver till dec 12. 2) Have you ever seen a company sending a wrong product twice and that happend in my case 3) it wasted multiple Best Buy employee ‘s time /my time . 4) Customer service seems to generic and never acknowledged on what went wrong , neither ready to provide solution . Only thing they did is placing order one more time

    Everything is all good but the first time when The refrigerator was dilivered they brought the wrong size panels so had to reorder, so 3 weeks past the new panels cane in the gentleman brought them and again wrong size. Some is not paying attention to there job. So for the third time had to reorder panels but smaller and hope they come in the right size. And for all this trouble for not doing it right the first time we are wanting a discount for going thru all this trouble and waiting.

    Still don’t have the panels! Ordered before Thanksgiving. Panels that arrived have been bent and broken! Stay away!!! Customer service has been a nightmare!

    They sent the wrong panels for a whole difference type of refrigerator. So now my refrigerator is missing the front panels and costumer service was no help ovr the phone.

    I cannot yet comment on the quality of the panel. However, the delivery coordinator canceled and refunded the order due to a "lack of stock" without communication, coordination, or apology. I found out that the panel was not being delivered only after going to the website to check the delivery status (after my refrigerator had been installed). Customer Service? 0 out of 5 stars. A call to Best Buy Customer Service (with a very courteous and HELPFUL agent) revealed that the other three panels were on track for on-time delivery and that the fourth panel was sourceable and could be delivered within a week of the first three.

    The wrong panel was shipped to me. I returned them all. This is the second time I've been sent the wrong product after waiting a very long time. When I returned the product, the clerk asked me why. I told him. The manager overheard the conversation. No apology from either. My time and energy waisted yet again. I'm cancelling my Best Buy card. I feel ridiculous for giving them another chance.

    Paid and never receive the product

    Ordered this on Dec 29th, 2021, and Ive made delivery appointment under the order status and got confirmation. But the delivery appointment keeps getting cancelled for more than 4 times. This item that bestbuy has charged me and never deliver the item. I've never had such unpleasant online purchasing experience.
