The charcoal glass panels are gorgeous! The install is fairly simple as well. My only complaint is Samsung cancelled one of my panels randomly and I had to call and reorder which left me with not receiving all items at the same time.

The panels are hard to get (at least the popular colors) but they are worth it. The blue looks like sea glass and adds a nice touch of color to our neutral colored kitchen. Make sure you get the right Panels, they look similar but the sizes for are very specific, so check the specs not just the picture. Best Buy support and delivery has been amazing.

Wrong color panel in box. I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy being told that they had certain color panels, when the refrigerator came to my home the panel was damaged, another panel was missing, I then ordered a replacement online, I got an alert from Best Buy that it was ready to be picked up at my local store. I drove to the store to get it, it took them a while to bring it out front and when I open the box, it was not the navy color I had ordered but rather a white panel inside that is useless so they had to process the return. I have been dealing with this for months and it has been horrible.

They say charcoal gray, but they are like midnight black. Honestly, better then expected.

The product is good but the price is too expensive at least if Samsung will drop the price to $75 dollar is well acceptable. Customer will buy more different color.

It took more than a month from the time of our initial Bespoke fridge delivery date to the time when the panels showed up to go on it. However, they easily snapped into place and the final product looked great viewed from the front. However, my wife did not like like the appearance of the protruding portion of the fridge from the encasement as viewed from the side as it was black. I was able to remedy this by acquiring some wide white magnetic tape (ordered online from Amazon) and cutting strips to fit the sides. The final product was more aesthetically pleasing for our white cabinetry kitchen.

Ordered and received one of my top black panels so far. My husband installed the panels and said it was very simple and took no time at all to install. It looks fantastic and we love it! Now just waiting on the last panel that has been delayed for quite some time.

Amazing and spacious fridge. Versatile flex space option, which can accommodate any family. Easy to clean with the glass finish and have to option to change glass panels. Beautiful finish!

Easy to install way better than the stainless looks great

This product took forever to receive and my order date was pushed back 3 times but its definitely worth the wait! Its beautiful in person and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. A must have!! Easy to install

Neat looking and super easy to attach to thw fridge

The blue panels are so beautiful and give the Bespoke refrigerator a unique look. It’s also great that you can write on it with dry erase markers.

Got the Navy stainless steel color. Took several visits to get all 4 of the right color panels. But, love the color and has plenty of room for a counter top depth. Very classy! My favorite piece of the kitchen set!

We bought this panel for our Bespoke 4 door flex fridge. It is a great add on. It does not come with suction cups, so you must go to Lowes or Home Depot to buy one. Recommend watching the Samsung video before installing.

Fridge needed a replacement panel. Was perfect fit and slipped right into place.

I love these panels but unfortunately I have a hard time getting my hands on the other panel to complete the look. Hoping Samsung will restock soon!
