Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

No show panels.

It was originally supposed to have arrived in May and kept getting pushed back. The top 2 panels took 2 months and arrived undamaged and I installed them myself. What I did notice is they are not the same color as my real Samsung stainless steel stove. Furthermore, they are soft. I put a kitchen magnet on the panel and when it moved it scratched the panel. I used auto polish and managed to remove the finer scratches. The deeper ones are hardly perceptible but its still very disappointing. I'm very worried about this panel as I have 3 huskies and they can scratch the bottom panel ruining it. When it arrives I think I'll just leave the protective plastic on it.
