    Be prepared to wait an indeterminant amount of time for this product to ship to you. Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

    Apparently, after the fifth order of sending me the wrong size panel, you finally sent me one that fits but it’s a different color than I requested. So I’m done you win.

    Install team broke the pins, holding the panel, but shoved them up in there anyways now I have a panel that is loose on the refrigerator

    Horrible Customer Service

    This delivery has been a nightmare. Rescheduled by BestBuy 6 times. Cannot reach anyone in the store due to Best Buy’s horrible customer call center process. Will surely provide others with the benefit of my experience.

    No show panels.

    It's been over 4 months and still don't have this panel. It was originally supposed to have arrived in May and kept getting pushed back. The top 2 panels took 2 months and arrived undamaged and I installed them myself. What I did notice is they are not the same color as my real Samsung stainless steel stove. Furthermore, they are soft. I put a kitchen magnet on the panel and when it moved it scratched the panel. I used auto polish and managed to remove the finer scratches. The deeper ones are hardly perceptible but its still very disappointing. I'm very worried about this panel as I have 3 huskies and they can scratch the bottom panel ruining it. When it arrives I think I'll just leave the protective plastic on it.

    Stainless steel bespoke panel

    Way too easy to bend, came pretty beat up and was hard to put panel in compared to the glass panel.

    Refridgerator Panel Bent

    We've been waiting 2 months for this refridgerator and when it got here this panel was bent. It's usable but looks tacky and cheap. Now we have to wait another 2 months for the replacemnt. Really bad service.
