    Avoid this refrigerator and any "up charges" $3600 refrigerator didn't last over a year, lost $800+ in food and had to go buy another refrigerator, avoid Samsung products all they do is break down

    Samsung Refrigerator panel

    They arrived almost 2 months later after refrigerator was delivered. A BestBuy representative told me on a phone call that a discount was going to be given for the inconvinience and as today nothing has happened. Currently Lowes when you buy the refrigerator panels are free. I had to purchase 2 other panels since the once bestbuy sold me dont match the other samsung appliances I purchase.

    Be prepared to wait an indeterminant amount of time for this product to ship to you. Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

    Apparently, after the fifth order of sending me the wrong size panel, you finally sent me one that fits but it’s a different color than I requested. So I’m done you win.

    Install team broke the pins, holding the panel, but shoved them up in there anyways now I have a panel that is loose on the refrigerator

    Middle panel for bespoke french door interchangeable panel different style to choose from and different colors too.you can choose stainless steel in different colors or glass.

    It's been over 4 months and still don't have this panel. It was originally supposed to have arrived in May and kept getting pushed back. The top 2 panels took 2 months and arrived undamaged and I installed them myself. What I did notice is they are not the same color as my real Samsung stainless steel stove. Furthermore, they are soft. I put a kitchen magnet on the panel and when it moved it scratched the panel. I used auto polish and managed to remove the finer scratches. The deeper ones are hardly perceptible but its still very disappointing. I'm very worried about this panel as I have 3 huskies and they can scratch the bottom panel ruining it. When it arrives I think I'll just leave the protective plastic on it.
