Went to store manager on duty was rude and told us he could not give us gap covers that were literally inside of every display oven in the store but instead told us we would have to order a whole new oven with install after we waited 2 weeks for our new oven. Manager on duty was terrible and his customer service sucks! We just ended up ordering gap covers from Amazon. We love the oven just not the service from the store.

When you get that error this stove will be obsolete and Samsung has no guide on how to fix it. You can search online and see the issue faced by many. Im writing this review for my parents who purchased this and now cannot use it due to error. Samsung is no help in addressing the issue.
