Is a great product, unfortunately is hard to see one in display at any stores.

Oven comes with gap covers for back and sides of oven.(verified in store) They didnt show up with the oven we bought. Went to store manager on duty was rude and told us he could not give us gap covers that were literally inside of every display oven in the store but instead told us we would have to order a whole new oven with install after we waited 2 weeks for our new oven. Manager on duty was terrible and his customer service sucks! We just ended up ordering gap covers from Amazon. We love the oven just not the service from the store.

I would review, however, i still have not received my stove yet. I was told that it had to be shipped from the manufacturer.

Hard to keep the stove top clean from streaks and Very hard to see the front panel to turn on the oven etc. Have to use a flash light.

Oven works great. Easy to set up and easy to use. Safety knobs are a great bonus with young kids

You will end up getting the Error code "C-F2". When you get that error this stove will be obsolete and Samsung has no guide on how to fix it.
You can search online and see the issue faced by many. Im writing this review for my parents who purchased this and now cannot use it due to error. Samsung is no help in addressing the issue.
