We have not had this long but we like it so far. The sync of the 2 left stove top spots is a nice touch. While it appears to stay as two and there is not secret hidden coils between the two to make one long one but it's convenient to have them sync up. Originally we love the idea of having a button that opens the door and he can't open it without the button because we have a new baby and in the future it'll be nice to have a little extra security but It does kind of feel like it slows you down a little. Now the only two things that truly are a disappointment is actually the camera, it's between the two glass panels on the door, but because of that we see a lot of reflection from the interior glass. The floor is about as equally clear as the food that you're trying to see. For us all you can really do is know that it's in there and it's cooking but to see it's doneness you still have to go and look at it in person. That being said you can check that nothing has been accidentally placed in there before starting the oven remotely. Maybe if we had a very dark tile in the kitchen it would be better. Lastly the other one is that I can't seem to link the microwave hood fan with the cook top like with our old Samsung oven. Kind of odd to lose such a convenient feature. The touch screen is nice looking but I would say for the most party the "lesser" model controls would be a little more convenient and quicker to operate Two screen shots of kitchen lights on and another with light off. Bell peppers used for photo only. I do not air fry bell peppers like that.

It's an amazing range! My only disappointment is that the touch screen/control panel broke within 5 weeks of getting it. But Samsung was SO fast and easy to work with getting it fixed. Which, to be fair, is an amazing thing! I live in a rural area outside a small city, 4 hours from the nearest major city. So when I tell you repair people are usually booked for months, I'm not exaggerating. We had a new control board installed, programmed, and working better than new in less than 10 days. Bravo Samsung Warranty!

This has to be the best oven they have come out with yet. I already swear by Samsung and have bought 4 ranges in the last 5 years, 4 for other homes, so when i went to remodel this house, of course i only look at Samsung. Great choice as always. The technology is incredible. I synced it by smart things to my other appliances and it works like a charm. I love that it gives you recipes, tells you exactly when to clean the oven, automatic door open. The induction works incredibly. This item came with free induction cookware which is great. Ut the only downfall to that is, I had to order induction cookware until the free comes in. Only induction cookware works. Im not really sure how the free induction cookware helps as an offer. I wish you got it at the same time as delivery because it takes 6 to 8 weeks to come in. Getting back to the AI. Nothing on the market compares.

This induction range is simple to use very easy to clean and it makes food fast n crispy boils water almost instantly w boost mode , controls very easy to use also

It is a very nice Induction range. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. The scratch resistant cooktop is excellent. I usually only cook between the #2 & #3 temperature settings since the induction is so efficient. Plus, the Induction cooktop has lowered my Electric bill significantly.

This product exceed my family expectation. It has amazing operation performance, friendly user interface and many useful features!

Works great, however it takes a little adjustments on our part to learn to cook with induction. It isd much more efficient and faster cooking. Many option for the oven we haven't tried yet, but so far everything works great.

Is a fantastic stove but I decided to exchange it for the same kind just in a double oven. But worth every penny. I can't say enough great things about this stove

I had to return this range. It stopped working at least once a day, and I had to trip the breaker outside to get it to work again.

I HATE this range. First you have to press a button (EVERYTHING is digital on this model) to open the door. You have to press 2 buttons if the oven is on. When you press the door open button the door opens all the way down. No just peeking into the oven. There is no handle (and no towel rack). I often have to press the "on" button up to 10 times just to turn the range on. When I bake cookies the bottoms are always too well done and dried out when the rest of the cookie is baked properly. And that is with using parchment paper. I tried to use the self clean option today. When I brought it up the only button available said "How to clean." The next screen offered only cancel. There was no way to start the cleaning cycle. You have to press 3 buttons to get to the timer, then you need to select the time, then press another button to start the timer and then press another button to get back to the home screen. It is WAY easier to use your phone but very annoying there is not a reasonably user range timer. The time of day does not show on the oven. To summarize, the interface is beyond kludgy, the self clean does not work and the oven overcooks the bottom of baked goods. I really can't find anything to like except that the burners heat up quickly, but that is the case with all induction cooktops. Oh, and I might add that there is only ONE company in my area that Samsung has contracted with to do warranty work and only ONE technician that does it. That technician has been out 4 times (3 time or a Samsung washer and once for the first Samsung range - which has since been replaced with this one) and did not fix anything during all those calls. So, bad products and bad service. At least Samsung is consistent.
