I'll preface this by saying I bought this item open box from the BestBuy outlet.
After reading reviews of the product, I was initially a little nervous about the quality, but I took a chance anyway. On the day of the delivery, it seemed to work fine. We did the oven heat-up procedure to clean the chemicals out and tested the stove, and both seemed to be working fine. The next morning I noticed an error code on the stove. I push the button to get it to preheat, it tries for about 3 minutes and the error code pops up again. Folks, honestly, I don't even care what the error code is, come get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I sure am glad it happened soon enough to return it.

Frequently takes 45+ seconds for the screen to turn on. Capacative buttons are both too sensive and not sensitlve enough; changes by accident often, can't change back when needed. Then the electronics comptely fail after four months, now I can't cook anything.

Actually, the range came defective. We hook it up and unfortunately, it did not power up. We did ask for a replacement and still waiting for it to get delivered. Keeping fingers crossed.

Don’t Bother, Best Buy can’t get from manufacturer

I bought this range the end of May. Today is August 7 and I still don’t have it. Every time Best Buy schedules me delivery, I take a day off work, then 30 minutes before it scheduled to be delivered. I get a message saying unavailable from manufacturer. Please reschedule. It is now been over two months I have scheduled yet again, I have burned almost half of my years vacation time from work to be home and they can’t even give me more of a heads up than 30 minutes that it hasn’t arrived. Why Can’t you send a message a day or two before saying hey it’s not here. Went to the local Best Buy to see if there was one at a different store, they said there’s one four hours away that I can feel free to go pick up. The amount of vacation time that I’ve had to use waiting on this oven is now way more than the actual cost of the oven itself. Best buys answer? We can cancel your order and replace it. Why? So I can go to the back of the list and wait another two months? This will be the last purchase I ever make it Best Buy. I’m sure the oven itself is nice, I wouldn’t know.

Worst Product failed in first 30 days; don't buy

Worst Samsung product and worst customer service. Appliance stopped working within first 30 days and technician will come after 1 week so I can't cook. Samsung customer service is like we down own technicians so can't expedite the service repair and we cant replace be cause you are out of 15 day exchange / return window.we know Samsung suck at making good quality products and our customer service has no ownership so sorry but customer you are out of luck. We sold you a lemon

The WORST piece of crap ive purchased in years. Broke on day 2. Samasumg repair SUCKS. they cancel appointments and delay repairs. Been without a stove since Thanksgiving and that was a month ago.
