Worst Product failed in first 30 days; don't buy

Appliance stopped working within first 30 days and technician will come after 1 week so I can't cook. Samsung customer service is like we down own technicians so can't expedite the service repair and we cant replace be cause you are out of 15 day exchange / return window.we know Samsung suck at making good quality products and our customer service has no ownership so sorry but customer you are out of luck. We sold you a lemon

HORRIBLE!!!! THE WORST
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The WORST piece of crap ive purchased in years. Broke on day 2. Samasumg repair SUCKS. they cancel appointments and delay repairs. Been without a stove since Thanksgiving and that was a month ago.
