Great Products, POOR PROMISES

However, the incentive regarding gift cards and rewards we were to receive never arrived. I am VERY disappointed that we are going to have to drive over an hour to the Myrtle Beach store to try and get this rectified. Beware … the salesmen are indeed great salemen but they fail to follow through with their promises.

You have to keep a close eye on the burners because they randomly get stick on high, i have burnt countless meals because of this. Samsung came out and fixed it once and a few weeks later it’s back to doing it again. Should have listened to others and stayed away from Samsung appliances! Very frustrating and it’s getting old ruining food because of the temperature issue! You have to heat your pan and shut off the burner completely so it doesn’t over heat. Don’t buy it!

A Big Upgrade for Everyday Cooking

I had to relearn heat control at first because my old range heated poorly, but that adjustment was worth it. The burners heat evenly, respond well, and no longer leave me guessing. The oven performs just as well. It heats quickly, holds temperature, and cooks evenly every time. The smart features have been a real help, especially starting the oven five to ten minutes before I get home so dinner moves faster on busy nights. The built-in air fryer has been a favorite. It removed the need for another appliance, freed up counter space, and made cooking for a family easier since I no longer cook in batches. One small surprise was that the air fry basket rests on the rack instead of sliding in like oven shelves, but it works well and hasn’t been an issue. Cleaning the glass top has taken some adjustment. I’ve never owned a glass top range, so learning how to care for it properly has been part of the transition. This feels like a learning curve rather than a product issue, and it’s becoming easier with time. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and glad we made the upgrade.
