Installers were great and knowledge. Range fit perfectly into space. Oven heats up and cooks fast. Definitely for shorter individuals due to where the oven controls are located. We love how it looks!

Issues with the stove top

We purchased this range in May 2024 along with a full appliance package to include fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. I love everything except we’ve had an issue with the stove top operating hotter than set. No matter what setting you had it on, 3 of the burners ran on high! We had it fixed in fall of 2024. It’s now September 2025 and the issue has started again but now it’s out of warranty. We currently can only use the left burners, everything burns on the right. This is an issue that shouldn’t be happening on a new $900 range.

Appears to be good. House still under construction, so haven’t used it yet. Could have more stainless steel on it…..mostly black. Love the safety features.

I bought this range because it is beautiful! Now I want the matching fridge and dishwasher, as soon as I can afford them.
The air-fryer feature, which I use the most, makes it much handier to fix healthy meals.

This cooks food very evenly, I do love the conventional oven. Cooks cookies evenly.
The down side the glass top isnt that great already had stains around the burners.

Really happy with this Samsung range. It looks great in my kitchen and works like a charm. The burners heat up fast, and the oven cooks super evenly. I’ve been using the air fry feature a ton, it’s awesome. Also, it’s super easy to clean. Totally worth it!

I like this range because it has an air fryer, it’s very easy to clean. I like the warming section on top. Nice big knobs on the face. I Live Everything about it.

Bought at Lowes not at Best Buy. Do not buy this Samsung Range! Four days after buying and professionally installed we used top burner twice with 100% clean Induction compatible stainless steel pot and the second time the burner smoked leaving debris and white discolored stains on the "scratch free" glass cooktop surface. Able to remove some of the debris but using the approved cleaner (Cerama Bryte) could not remove the white discolored marks on the cooktop surface no matter how many times we tried. Contacted Samsung support and they sent a technician a week later. After examining the damage and reporting it to Samsung, the Technician was told by Samsung Support that no repair/replacement could be done under warranty since it was "cosmetic damage" We are left with a discolored burner that can never be cleaned due to what we believe to be Samsung's "special scratch resistant surface" malfunctioning and melting, leaving debris and discoloring on the burner surface. Samsung refuses to fix this problem and leaves us in the lurch to resolve it some other way on our own. We will never buy another Samsung appliance and neither should you!

I like the Bespoke line and white glass, but do NOT like the glass top. It has "ribbed coil feel" on the top. It is not like any of my other glass tops I have ever owned. The first one came with a scratch. They replaced it. This one already has scratches, and is not even a month old. It seems that any pot or pan that is on the "ribbing" causes it to leave a mark. It is not smooth like all of the other glass tops. Not sure why they added these little ridges to the glass, but it is a major negative to an otherwise nice stove. I wish there were another top that could replace this one.
