I like the Bespoke line and white glass, but do NOT like the glass top. It has "ribbed coil feel" on the top. It is not like any of my other glass tops I have ever owned. The first one came with a scratch. They replaced it. This one already has scratches, and is not even a month old. It seems that any pot or pan that is on the "ribbing" causes it to leave a mark. It is not smooth like all of the other glass tops. Not sure why they added these little ridges to the glass, but it is a major negative to an otherwise nice stove. I wish there were another top that could replace this one.

Love my new stove - trying to figure out all of the new features, but it's really cool.

In love with my stove. I love that I can turn this on through the app. I can be out and about or at work and start my oven whether it is to preheat it so it’s ready when I get home or to bake the whole meal and be ready to eat when I get home. Definitely recommend this stove

Great electric range. It has samsung smart things bilt in. It notifies you when the countertop burners are turned on. You are also able to control the oven fron your other devices live cell phone or tablets. This oven has built in air fryer giving you crispy food without frying.

If this wasn't flawed by manufacturing I would give this a 5 star. My Front Right burner keeps getting stuck on High. Other than that it's perfect. I love the way the burner are placed and the oven itself it perfect.

We Love this stove. The first one arrived, had damage to the side corner, Box was in great shape. Called Best Buy, they arranged for pick up and dropped off new one and installed. Great Service. Links to wifi great for some who would like this feature, we do.

Love this new stove went from gas back to Electric because of moving. So getting used to Electric again is hard but I love the design love the buttons on the front you have to squeeze each side to turn on the burners great safety feature to keep little children from turning on the stove.

LOVE THE RANGE. BUT DEFINITLY NEEDS TO BE COOKED OUT FOR 1 HOUR AT 400 LIKE DIRECTIONS SAY. SMOKEY AND FUMES ON 1ST TURN ON OF OVEN. OVEN RACKS COULD SLIDE BETTER, TOO HARD TO REMOVE AND CHANGE HEIGHT

I love all the features on this oven. Especially the air fry feature… I use it all the time. Cooks evenly and quickly.

Great stove, we love it. Dealing with Best Buy was an absolute nightmare, though. Their appliance scheduling/delivery teams made the entire process very difficult. Save the hassle and go elsewhere.

So far so good, we are happy so far, it does everything well, we will see how the long term goes. Only complainy so far, our old slide in overlapped our counter to, so the was no gap. This slide in does not have an overlap so there is a gap between it and the counter

Love the range. It looks great and it is very easy to operate.

I love the way it cooks and bakes. The instruction book however doesn't give instructions on how to use the different features. I had to watch you tube videos on how to set the clock and use the timer.

The burners starts up fast and really hot quickly also. My favorite feature of the stove is the air fryer and because the oven is so large, we can cook enough food for a family of five in one fry session, compared to our counter top air fryer which we would have to do a few frying sessions to get dinner finished.
