Love My Samsung Bespokes!

We loved it so much we decided to purchase the range, microwave and dishwasher. Not only are they all incredibly stylish and beautiful but so easy to use. LOVE THEM!!

You can find similar versions without bells n whistles for around 1k ,warranty is also very cheap at best buy in comparison to cost of range so ideally go for it and best buy plus

You can check your turkey baking in the oven. The only thing I dont like is that it gets stained really easily from the heating plate..

Great but, camera isn't working.

When you turn on the camera in the app, you'll only see black. It tells you to clean the camera before use. But nowhere to locate the camera. No YouTube videos tells either.

Worst delivery ever!

Hard to manage oven settings since they are not high enough to be visible. The pad should be tilted so is easy to manage settings. Regarding the delivery of my appliances, I have to say that Best Buy uses the worst delivery sub contractors. My delivery was rescheduled 3 times, they lie about the delivery times, the drivers and delivery guys were extremely rude and unprofessional. No manners whatsoever and their management even worst. Best Buy needs to make better choices when subcontracting these companies. Us customers pay high amounts of money for these appliances and we are treated like garbage after we pay you. This is not right!!!

Family killer, Home destroyer

Worst experience I have ever had Brand new stove had to return new one within a week almost burned down my house, did exchange and been 18 days second one keep trying to burn down my house.. they will not return my money and pick this family killer out of my house. .Never again will I use worst buy!
