    The freezer door is very sensitive and opens without us noticing and does not close even though the refrigerator door closes by itself.

    Twice Damaged Product; Damage to House

    Original product delivered damaged. House damaged during install. New replacement damaged and not working. Best Buy and me taking pictures of damage to Sedgewick. 17 hours currently spent on phone over a month. Contact agents laughing at me in the background while I try to get this resolved. Zero resolution. Nothing has gone right.

    Perfect refrigerator for our family. Love the ice machine with both large and small ice cubes! Also really like the water filter and automatic refill into removable water pitcher in the door (available when door opened).

    Perfect size and functionality for our family of 4. Beverage center works well. Only complaint is the noise (beeping sounds) and the fact that it is a wireless device. I did not realize this at time of purchase.

    We purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and thought I was going to love it and I did the space is what I needed, I liked the design however the freezer has not worked properly since purchase. It makes ice in and on my food causing freezer burn. I tried adjusting the temperature but nothing worked. Called for service, made an appointment, waited all day service person never showed up. Called Samsung they said the service per called but evidently called the wrong number, Scheduled another appointment same person that was scheduled first time did come out, he did not speak English and could not understand English, he tried to communicate through an app on his phone. Needless to say nothing got done, he left me frustrated and still not knowing what is wrong with my refrigerator. Contacted Samsung and the service department and all they could say is we will get back to you, Have they gotten back to me, no, Worse service department ever. I need my refrigerator fixed or replaced before I lose any more food. I will not purchase any more Samsung appliances, they don't seem to stand by their products and they use the term customer care, I think not.
