Freezer door opens by itself

Returning this fridge

Inconsistent temperature in both freezer and refrigerator side. Frozen food at -11F, vegetables at 45F. First time we have rotten that fast. Functionalities are nice but is an unreliable product. Samsung techs came twice and found no issues. Do your research before buying.

Twice Damaged Product; Damage to House

New replacement damaged and not working. Best Buy and me taking pictures of damage to Sedgewick. 17 hours currently spent on phone over a month. Contact agents laughing at me in the background while I try to get this resolved. Zero resolution. Nothing has gone right.

Beautiful Bespoke side-by-side

The beverage center is wonderful; I pour filtered water directly into my coffeepot every day, and even enjoy listening to the pitcher fill back up. I also use the area where you place a glass against a metal plate to allow water to drain from a metal tube. This thing has not dripped yet--not one drop--amazing. I got really tired of a former refrigerator I had that had the water in the door; the thing dripped and eventually stained the plastic base plate despite my efforts to keep it looking clean. There is plenty of room on both sides of the frig--slightly more on the frig side than the freezer. The ice cubes are not in the door which saves room. Temperature settings are consistent and there are no issues with condensation. I highly recommend. Very happy with purchase.

Samsung Bespoke side by side delivery and set up

Received confirmation of date for set up and the day before they provided a 4 hour window for delivery. The installers called 20 minutes before arrival and then set the refrigerator up including the water line and showed us how to change temperatures etc and took away our old unit. Great service, love the bespoke refrigerator so far-lots of useful space, quiet and looks terrific.

What a nice change

The water is inside the door, I love the refillable pitcher. My family uses dry erase markers to make lists and art to celebrate holidays. Fingerprints just windex off leaving a beautiful clean modern design instead of an old cold stainless steel fridge. Stays cold and consistent it’s a keeper.

Six months in

Still in love, however, when I purchased, I actually was hesitant because of the shelf that accommodates tall items. All the shelves are at a select height and that still works well for me. The modular shelf does not hold heavy items. If you do place anything remotely heavy, it will buckle on the sides. Basically, wasted space. I reported my findings in person at my local Best Buy. They were nice and sympathetic. The employee even looked up a possible stationary shelf replacement, sadly none available at this time. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this issue and offer up one in the future. My door also squeaks at the hinge every now and then. I will have to look and see if maybe I can remedy that. Aside from those two issues, I do love the refrigerator. I love the options the look and it is so pretty. I am a chick so ya, looks matter. The no handles definitely are a game changer. If it was not for that shelf my review would be 5 stars.

Worse service ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and thought I was going to love it and I did the space is what I needed, I liked the design however the freezer has not worked properly since purchase. It makes ice in and on my food causing freezer burn. I tried adjusting the temperature but nothing worked. Called for service, made an appointment, waited all day service person never showed up. Called Samsung they said the service per called but evidently called the wrong number, Scheduled another appointment same person that was scheduled first time did come out, he did not speak English and could not understand English, he tried to communicate through an app on his phone. Needless to say nothing got done, he left me frustrated and still not knowing what is wrong with my refrigerator. Contacted Samsung and the service department and all they could say is we will get back to you, Have they gotten back to me, no, Worse service department ever. I need my refrigerator fixed or replaced before I lose any more food. I will not purchase any more Samsung appliances, they don't seem to stand by their products and they use the term customer care, I think not.
