I love my refrigerator! I love that I can just touch the doors and they open automatically. The ice machine makes two different sizes of ice which is very convenient when drinking different beverages! I can also connect it to my phone and control the temperature! It's an awesome buy!

Absolutely love this refrigerator! So easy to keep organize and clean. I love that it has no door handles and it opens with a sensor. The glass finishes super easy to clean.

Good price and good function .I liked the refrigerator at a very good price and stylish design at the Best Buy store. I wish it was four doors but that's a bit disappointing.

Love the designs, the beverage station and most importantly how easy it is to take apart for cleaning!

The design and layout of this is really nice. We had the fridge for over a year now and no issues. Ice machine is gret but wish we had the option for just the bigger ice cubes. We dont really use the small ice unless we are out of the big ice. Water dispenser is nice, love the auto refill container.

Phenomenal fridge, the side-by-side doors prevent me from having to reach down every time I need to get something out of the freezer and the internal beverage center keeps the exterior clean and sleek looking while still providing the benefits of having ice cold water at any time!

Winter is coming! Behold, the north wind blows a chill, the chill flows and covers all in its coolness. Crystal clear ice, crystal clear waters are flowing as if from a glacier. But wait, that’s no glacier, that’s my new Samsung side by side! It’s awesome. Love the inside door water pitcher. Very spacious. Best Buy delivery team did a fantastic job! Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The fride is very nice and has a really elegant presentation. There is no need to do any other decoration, but the only thing i can see is happening is that everytime you opened up one of the doors automatically the other door opened as well so if yoi don't noticed you will leave one door open

Beautiful and functional design. This appliance met all our expectations and after 1 week has performed perfectly. The installers (Angel and partner) were very friendly and helpful working with our unique house and setup.

This refrigerator is perfect! I love it! So roomy

After reading over review after review, I was excited to purchase this refrigerator. The first 3 months were great. Worked like a dream, until we'd had a bad storm. The ice maker wouldn't make ice, the water wouldn't come through and the freezer stopped working. I lost a good bit of food and things happen, so I wasn't worried about it. After going through Samsung since it was under warranty they came out a couple of days later to fix it. According to the tech, the bad storm must have shorted the motherboard in my fridge. Fast forward 10 months later, I get a notification on my phone about my freezer being unusually high temp. Thermal temped it and it was at 40 degrees. Went through support and they had me hard reset it and wait 4 hours before they could continue to assess the situation. Mind you at this time it was a little after midnight. Thankfully that solved the issue and I continued on my way. Fast forward not even a month later and the same situation happens again! It's 2pm and I'm at work. Thankfully my wife was there and I guided her through the steps. Nothing worked. Now the fridge and freezer won't work and the water won't dispense. When I got home I contacted Samsung and went through the exact steps. They then told me that they could send a tech but it would cost me for them to send out a tech and for parts. I stopped them right there and said I could send proof that I have a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Needless to say they didn't budge. This is where big brother best buy comes in to save the day! I will continue being a customer here and probably shop more here. They understood my frustration and offered to replace the fridge because it was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I can't thank best buy enough. I didn't know what I was going to do with a 250lb paperweight. Needless to say, I won't ever buy another Samsung appliance again. Tl;dr Fridge died on me 3 times within a year, Samsung support sucks and best buy saved the day. Thanks again best buy!

We absolutely love this fridge. Auto closing doors, easy door opening and open large shelving. Ice tray for 2 size ice cubes. Works quite… I have to say these details make such a difference. Kudos to Samsung engineers!
