Dishwasher is amazing! Very quiet, love it immensely!

The delivery guy definitely knew what he was doing & had everything he needed to do the job. I would highly recommend their company.

Overall great washer. Easy to install with hookups. Does not completely dry some of the dishes but with the extra dry feature, it dries 97%.

Great product, easy to use and so many quick options.

Installed 4 months ago and it has been working great. Looks super sleek. Only complaint is the lower rack seems to not roll super well somethings. One cool thing is it opens itself when the washing cycle is done so it doesn't sit closed and get stinky.

Works great and is quiet! I love the utensil 3rd rack and the adjustable middle rack. It even pops open when the cycle is done to let the steam out.

We Love our Samsung SmartThings 42db dishwasher (model # DW80B7070US). We Love all of its features, the digital timer countdown and the touch screen control panel.

Looks good, cleans pretty decent. Questionable build quality. Within the first month I had already had to call for a replacement on the second level levers that raise and lower the basket. Within four months I will now have to replace both sides since they're made with some cheap and thin plastic for the grips that hold them onto the basket. Nonetheless the prongs on the basket seem kind of flimsy as well. Should've gotten the Maytag or something else. Shame there was a shortage on everything and I needed a dishwasher asap. For almost $1200 this thing has a lot of functions but doesn't do the bare minimum well.

Absolute crap. We bought this less than a year ago and it broke. The wiring harness had to be replaced. But also the top rack broke all the pieces off. We had a new one ordered too and the pieces came off out of the box. It took two weeks and lots of fighting with Samsung to get them to fix it under warranty. They also fixed it but refused to reinstalll it. I’m super nervous about my other Samsung appliances after this…get the Best Buy warranty

This Dishwasher is eye-catching as well as ideal for cleaning my dishes at the drop of a hat. It’s extremely quiet during the cleaning process and being able to customize it to my liking is also a positive.

Was surprised by how quiet 42dBA really is. Love the time remaining shown on front panel while showing nothing when not on.

It cleans ok, but so did the 13 year old unit it replaced. The lower basket has inadequate support so it slips of its runners and jams if you have a few plates in it. The tops of the cutlery holders distorted and cracked. The upper sprayer regularly falls off and the front handle has cracked. I’d suggest avoiding this unit unless you enjoy watching something fall apart in 10 months.

I had purchased this dishwasher 12/17/24 so I’ve had it for about 2 months and I will say it does the basic job of being a dishwasher. Great features: -Super quiet, I barely hear it running compared to our old one. - sleek look and really like the look of the timer on the outside. - 3 racks creates a lot of space so perfect for cleaning up large messes. - I’ve connected it to the smart things app and now I can monitor, start and get notifications on my phone regarding the dishwasher. - adjustable middle rack is AMAZING when you have tall items on the bottom. - I do really like the open drying option for the last 10 minutes to help dry dishes. About 99% come out dry as long as you use rinse aid. Here are the cons: - I don’t think it washes my dishes that great, it’s pretty average. I do have dishes that aren’t clean and I have to wash again. - the racks don’t feel of high quality and sway side to side, they feel cheap. - long dish cycles but that’s with all new dishwashers - 2 months in and had an issue with the drainage even though filter and drain pump are clean, still working on getting this figured out. For the cost of this dang dishwasher I expected a lot better and went with Samsung due to having other matching appliances but this dishwasher is meh, I’m not blown away but it does the job.
