I love the features on my new dishwasher, including how quiet it is when running, as well as the water saving and energy saving design. My only dissatisfaction is that the door doesn't go all the way down when I open the door. I have to push it down and hold it manually while I pull out the basket to load dishes. The Best Buy installation tech told me all new Samsung dishwashers are made this way now.

Overall, I'm happy with it. However, because of the feature that opens the door 10 minutes before it's finished to let out steam (aiding in drying), the spring in the door is extremely tight. Which means the door does not stay open unless you pull the bottom rack out completely. If you do not pull it out all the way it sometimes feels like wrestling an alligator just to empty or load. Does a great job cleaning so I guess it's worth the inconvenience,

The dishwasher gets most things clean. I find that it does not clean silicone cutting boards. Also, if I put the silverware in the open "baskets" on either end of the slotted areas for silverware, they do not come out clean. I use the heated drying fan but find that most dishes are still wet.

Such a quiet and helpful dishwasher! This one in particular seems to be the answer to our kitchens desires. It keeps my dishes actually clean and fresh and I don’t have to hand wash much at all.

Thus dishwasher is excellent. I highly recommend it! It is whisper quiet. It has many outstanding features. It has an indicator light that alerts when there is more rinse aid needed. It has adjustable sacks. It is very spacious. It gets the dishes very clean. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Performance-wise, this dishwasher was impressive. It cleaned my dishes efficiently and ran quietly. One month in though, a gasket started leaking, causing water to spill onto my kitchen floor. They came out twice to fix this under warranty. It appears that the gasket is too small for the cover it is supposed to seal. A year later, the same thing happened again. When I reached out for help, they demanded a hefty $150 just to diagnose the issue, with the repair most likely doubling that cost. That ends up being 30% of the cost of the dishwasher for a design flaw of their making (IMO). In the end, I opted to not pay to have it repaired. The appliance itself had potential, but the fundamental flaw with the gasket and the high cost of diagnosis left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you’re considering this dishwasher, be prepared to navigate some icy waters when it comes to reliability and customer service.

This dishwasher is perfect. It’s super quiet, efficient and lots of space. It’s sleek and fits flush under the counter for a modern feel. I love it!

This dishwasher is great, and it is very quiet too!! There is lots of room for stacking the dishes, and the third rack is great for the larger serving spoons. Highly recommend!

We purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator during the Labor Day 2022 sale......and added the Samsung smart dishwasher to take advantage of additional rebates. Glad we did it! We replaced a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher which was plagued by inconsistent cleaning, defective parts, and the stainless steel looked shabby and difficult to clean. The new Samsung smart dishwasher was a nice addition to our kitchen (modern and minimal design) and honestly a surprise. It is so quiet, you literally have to make a point of listening for it. Smart appliance app set up and integration with Samsung SmartThings was easy. Cleaning quality was immediately noticeable.....and over all the product feels well built in quality way. The Samsung stainless steel and controls panel are super easy to keep clean without smudging or taking on signs of use.

Still getting used to how to load this for getting the most dishes in. It's very different from my old dishwasher. I kept my old silverware holder because I really don't like the one that came with this dishwasher. So far the dishes come out nice and clean and it does run quietly.

Nice design very quiet. The price is very reasonable.

This is the quietness dishwasher ever and efficient too. At the end of the cleaning cycle the door opens to circulate warm air so that the dishes completely dry.

The quietest dishwasher i have ever owned. Wass easy to install, only took about 30 minutes. I liked that you can adjust the top rack, and the 3rd rackfor your utensils. And the best thing I love about the dishwasher is that my wife is happy....

We've owned this dishwasher for coming up on two years. I figured others would find my review of value because we all want appliances that work well for over a month. Also, Samsung appliances get a very bad rap on social media, but I have absolutely no complaints. It is incredibly quiet and dishes come out clean and dry.

I was a little leery with the mixed reviews on this, but my previous dishwasher was wonderful, other than an issue with the motor, I would still have it. This one is nice and quiet, cleans beautifully. There is a noise when you go to close the door after being open all the way to load, but sounds like a spring and others have noted it as well so assuming this is normal. I really like the open door feature on these as my dishes are dry and ready to be put away.

I bought this dishwasher to go with my fridge, rayne and microwave. I love it. It’s slick and modern looking and very quiet. I can’t believe how little water it uses. I wish there were shorter washing options but I guess all newer dishwashers take this long.

Quiet and efficient. I love the various settings and that I can control it with my phone. It's a touch smaller than my last one and I thought that would be a problem but it really hasn't. The very top utensils rack is a cool feature too.
