At home, I have tried EVERYTHING to clean up the image - it is just not close to crisp/sharp which I truly needed due to client presentations being done from my home office.

I play a lot of PC games and it displays them great. However, the product has a manufacture defect where the curved screen comes apart from the case that wraps around it. The light behind the screen actually shines a bright light around the top of my monitor - and unfortunately its too late for best buy to do anything about it.

Resolution a little fuzzy

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung C27F591 Curve Monitor.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +20°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.
