    Thank you Samsung for solving my freezer space and organization problem. I can easily find any item I need because of the 6 large freezer drawers and 2 handy shelves. I make a lot of stock and freezer jam and now can safely store and find anything without having pull everything out from one large freezer drawer. The layout makes it easy to store and find the vacuum sealed meat and fish we freeze. The large Chef Pantry drawer in the refrigerator is a great spot to store a large variety of cheeses. The veggie drawers even accommodate those large salad containers I previously couldn't store in standard veggie drawers.

    This fridge is so spacious up top and the French doors for both fridge and freezer are wonderful. The only thing I don't love is the display of the temperatures every time you open the door. Wish I could turn that feature off.

    This fridge/freezer is amazing! The inside holds way one food and frozen items neatly than i thought it would. This is the best one i've bought in 24 years.

    Bad For for Samsung in so many ways

    Unit broke in less than 3 days after delivery. Contacted Samsung support twice. Was speaking to someone each time they put me on hold to do some research on why my frig was telling me one or more doors were open when they were not. I opened and closed each door several times with no change in the beeping or error codes. The frig temperature was 7 degrees above where I set it (38f) and one freezer was also 7 degrees above (-2). The other freezer was at temp (-2). Then both times got disconnected from Samsung support with no call back attempts. What is super funny is that is the very first question they ask you; what number can we contact you back at if for some reason we are disconnected. After two disconnects with no call back from Samsung, I thought no way in "you know what" I will keep this frig being that Samsung has horrible customer service and customer support. I really wished this frig worked out because it is the one both my wife and I wanted from the start however there was no way at all I was going to pay $5500 for this unit; have it break in less than one week and then depend upon Samsung for support. I swapped this unit out for a Kitchen Aid 5 draw unit. It is a bit smaller in cubic feet but I feel assured that Kitchen Aid will support me. I sent the Samsung executive management team an e-mail [email protected] explaining why I had returned their frizz which was basically a complete lack of trust in their ability to support the unit. When on the phone with the support tech, I was under the impression that I knew more about the unit than they did. When I asked tough questions, I was put on hold for "research" and then the line went dead. They are also hard to understand as Samsung must have offshore'd their support to another country. KitchenAid support resources speak English that I could completely understand. And here is the very best part... Samsung makes a very cool application for a smart phone that allows the owner to remote into the unit and see what is going on with the Frig. I downloaded the app, installed it and attempted to connect it to my wifi. No go. The app would never see my wifi (I have 7 routers BTW so the gas station 1 mile away can see my routers). When I contacted Samsung support, they told me yes that they had an Apple App for the frig but that it did not work. If I wanted to have this app, I would need to (Wait for it..... Wait for it....) Buy a Samsung cell phone. :-) This is how Samsung hopes to corner the cell phone market. Force you to buy their cell phones if you want any of their apps to work. OMG... too funny... Anyway I will take Samsung off of my manufacture list for future purchases. Yea! less work for me.

    Love the fridge. Huge, great freezer drawers. Also like the lighting and the flexibility. Sounds like a 5 star right. The only problem, ice maker has been serviced 3 times, still not fixed. So gotta give it a 3

    The marketed features are vapor, the product is junk. Problems from day one bought from Best Buy and they can't fix it (Geek Squad has come out 4 times), contacted Samsung support they'll just run you in circles and never call you back claiming they weren't able to reach you. Also, Samsung markets that you get "elite" support for buying this over priced junk is also vapor marketing, it's standard support they do not step up any quality over their standard products despite their claim. They'll get someone to regurgitate 100 questions before claiming they'll call you back only to disappear until you open another ticket. Never buy a Samsung product ever.

    I will never buy ANY Samsung appliances EVER again. My refrigerator and dish washer have had to be serviced after just 3 years of owning, so buy the extended warranty if you want to gamble with getting Samsung appliances. Customer service is mediocre at best, I was told I would be contacted in 2 days and I instead had to call back 3 times before they contacted me again. I was told I cancelled by service ticket the day after I called, which was incorrect and ignorant. I was also never offered help or asked my issue I was given a price. All while my refrigerator is not keeping temperature so for the past week I have had to live off take out or frozen food. Don't waste your money or time.
