I did have an issue with this monitor, which i took up with samsung. They rejected my online Best Buy receipt as proof of purchase, which is totally confusing. But the monitor sort of fixed itself.

Have not figured out how to use multiple input sources without them enlarging. Easy enough to just use multiple content windows. Does not come on instantly, when you touch your keyboard screens usually lite up right away. This one takes 5 seconds or so.

Good monitor, but low resolution

I like the monitor but coming from a 4k and 1440p ultrawide daily for 3+ years, the 1080p resolution gave me a headache. Quality product. Just needs higher resolution.

Caution you if you purchase this monitor. Do not have anything near it when setting up. Make sure you buy the expensive insurance. My biggest issue with this monitor is that the screen tends to mess up every so often and you have to turn it on and off multiple times for the screen to go back to normal. The next thing is the fact that even if you devide the screens which is good for regular work, but I am a gamer and you cannot divide it as you think would be. Example is if you are playing a computer game using the screen you cannot divide it for streaming and gaming on the same computer. The only good thing is picture quality. You will need to buy speakers if you want sound.
