Very disappointed

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't get me wrong, the screen is great, the display is crisp, clear, bright and responds superbly. The reason I am giving it just 1 star is I have now had 2 of this model from different sellers and both have had the exact same issue. The speakers DO NOT WORK, 2 different screens with the same issue is not a fluke or bad luck it is indicative of a manufacturing issue. To make it worse, I tried to raise a service call with Samsung both times and each time it wasted my time by making me go through the entire process, step 1 being registration of the item followed by confirmation of my location, only to then, after completing the entire process, say "No service available in your area, call <Samsung support>" Both times I called them and both times after spending 20-30 minutes going through a few very basic troubleshooting steps and the technician also finding they can't arrange a support call for my area they told me to take it back to the store. For real? repack a 49" screen, load it up into the car (lucky we have an SUV) and take it to a store that does not stock the item? I am never buying from Samsung again, the issues may not be present on other models, though I am now aware of other people having the same sound issue with other Samsung screens, but the support and lack of service is worse than poor.

Great idea, bad execution

Very grainy resolution, and I selected the highest available resolution possible. Also, you cannot snap multiple open windows easily and effectively like you can with a standard dual monitor setup. This is a GREAT idea poorly executed. What they should have done is have two separate monitors with no border in the middle. Essentially emulate one large monitor but it's actually two. You would obviously need two inputs, but so what...I already did. This did not work for me at all.
