The ultra-wide screen size has significantly improved my productivity, allowing me to easily manage multiple windows side-by-side without feeling constrained. For work, it’s been a true game-changer. Speaking of games, the monitor has also been incredible for sim racing. The expansive field of view adds a whole new level of immersion, making it feel like I'm right there on the track. After nearly four years of use, I have very few complaints. The depth and weight of the monitor can be a bit cumbersome, but these are minor inconveniences compared to the benefits it provides. Overall, this monitor has been a reliable powerhouse for both work and play. If you're considering a versatile ultra-wide display, I can confidently recommend the Samsung CHG9!

When I took it out of the box it was huge and beautiful. It looked even better on my desk. However, once I got it running the screen looked terrible. The text was really blurry and gave me a headache. I tried running it on multiple computers, and in all cases when I opened word documents or excel files, the text was really pixelated. This monitor may work good for gaming, but not multitasking in finance.

Started not waking up after sleep, then went into having lines on screen. Unplugging fixed for a few months now lines are stuck on screen. Low and behold one month out of warranty. Joystick/power button stopped working. Samsung sent out technician who fixed it. Intermittently have lines coming across screen, spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot it, but issue persisted, and actually worsened. Then screen started blacking out for a couple of seconds. Intervals and frequency of blackouts has worsened. I have spent a lot of time with Samsung Customer support/Tech support trying to fix this issue, but they havent been able to do so - its been over a month now. I have decided to get a refund for the monitor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. THERE ARE A LOT OF ISSUES WITH THIS MONITOR THAT SAMSUNG NEEDS TO FIX.
