Then I began to smell something like it was burning and I felt the monitor and it was hot to the touch. I am happy I bought the protection plan. I will be returning this and finding something to replace it.

Bad customer service

I have this monitor purchased new previously and I know what is this box. The one of the most important accessory, bracket wall is missing with other , cables etc. I called store and after almost 30 minutes waiting in line, the answer is return product. Lol

DO NOT BUY!

The issue has returned again! Waiting on samsung to respond and see if they are willing to do anything to make it right.

Not impressed/ Rep mislead me

Broke after 14 months.

It is now completely unusable. I tried all of the video ports and different pc's, all with the same result. I suggest looking at another brand.

BEWARE! JUNK!

Good at first

Only worked for a few days then nothing

Wasn't to big of a hassle to return it at best buy. Best buy disappointed we didn't save the box. We will see how long the second one lasts.

Cheap, nothing good beside the size

This thing is INSANE!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.was thinking about getting a 2nd 24 inch monitor so that i could multi task easier while gaming but once i saw this i had to get it. it just made sense. why not have one giant screen instead of two small ones?! plus there will be no split in the middle! the picture quality is amazing the intense curve is impressive, it really makes you feel like you're in the game. it feels like the screen just fills up your entire field of view. very happy with it this beast so far! definitely recommend it.

It worked but 4 years later its done

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.
