Buyer Beware

Samsung has spent the last month trying to determine if this is a commercial or residential monitor. They have submitted 3 tickets to USSI and none of them have been fulfilled. Their office of the president is a dire joke; the lady has been really rude and unfriendly and made me try to provide a valid proof of purchase (for a warranty repair). To this day they have not been able to swap out the monitor to the point I have had to take legal recourse. There is a similar review on Amazon noting the same issue.

It's probably the best monitor I've ever owned. My previous monitor was Microboard M340CLZ. That was a 34 inch ultrawide running at 3440 x 1440. I thought I would miss the resolution from my Microboard but it hasn't been an issue. I love the resolution with this monitor. It works fine for me. I mostly use the monitor for gaming and entertainment. I'm running the monitor with a 1080ti. Gaming on this thing is something to behold. My game of choice right now is PUBG and it looks freaking amazing on this thing. The price tag is steep but if you have the cash to throw at something like this... do it. People that are on a budget don't buy stuff like this.

You can easily use this for massive spreadsheets and the included software (i.e. EasySetting Box) is a good bonus. Overall, this monitor can be used for gaming but I believe the more expensive version will be better. For MS Excel however, this is wonderful and can absolutely boost your productivity.

Both my laptop RTX2060 and desktop RTX2070 run this monitor with ease. I was able to turn G-Sync on for both systems and it works great! Games like Borderlands 3 and Anthem look so good in high or ultra graphics and game really well with G-Sync and 144hz. Cons: No speakers.

This is VERY large. It's startlingly large. You need some serious desk space. Anyway, I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. It runs everything beautifully. Completely worth the cash...

Completely unusable until i completely do a full power cycle. Then it comes back just fine. Happens 3-5x a month. Never could figure out a solution.
