It works okay but needs improvement

Needs improvements

I actually cut out a piece of my cell case so I could use without taking it off. Other issue is not all the apps on your cell will work with DeX App. Maybe if I find a USB-C female to USB-C male to connect, then won't need to remove or cut new cell case.

Product says s9 but doesn't work well with it

With different cases the height could vary and not fit right. In my case it didn't fit right and it was loose. Second the hdmi is unreliable, may be because it was open box but also I've read other perople had this problem so not sure. It disconnects every few seconds. The wirless charging is good and fast. Also the box said it is for s8 although the description for best buy says it is for s9. but it didn't really fit and didn't work well. I found a thrid part hdmi usb hub with hdmi connecitons works better and then adding a wireless charger separately does the samething in total as the dex and a bit more reliable. However wirless charge paused error still occurs once in a few hours. But simply lifting and replacing it seems to fix it.

First time i ever shoped and best buy and this happens.
