To expensive doesn’t work well. Sometimes it doesn’t charge

Have to center phone and watch exactly to charge!!

This product is good for a good 2 to 3 months. and then it'll have problems with charging 2 things at once. usually it the watch side that has the issue. I done replaced this item 2 and still the same outcome

One of the worst purchases I ever made. I bought two of these because my wife and kids including myself all have Samsung S9's. My son came to me complaining about putting the phone on the charger at night and waking up to the LED light on the charger blinking. I myself have experienced the same thing using the charger. I made it a point to come back and check to make sure it was charging before I go to bed only to find it in the that charging has stopped. I really should have listened to the other reviews. If I can do anyone a favor reading this review. Please look at another model. Do not buy this.

The convenience isn't there if your watch gets moved a millimeter & doesn't charge. It's very positionally sensitive...can't just be within the charging circle. It has to be perfectly centered. The phone charging side is a bit more forgiving but still temperamental.

Very sensitive. Doesnt charge very quickly at all.

Had this for a week and if you don't get this in the right spot or if it gets bumped, it won't charge your phone. I would look for something else.

This item needs to be redesigned. Not enough power or sensitivity to sense the watch and sometimes the phone. No magnetic coupling for the watch. Can easily be moved of the charge area and can quit charging all together.

Not what it is cracked up to be. Tried to purchase the watch only unit don't have any more and had to settle for this one. Constantly moving phone and watch to make sure charger is making contact with the devices and working,

The charging pad is too sensitive for both the phone and watch to be slightly out of place. I suggest getting wireless charging with cradles to assure devices are properly positioned and stay there.

This device does a horrible job at charging the watch. I place my watch directly on the surface and it just blinks red. It is difficult and time consuming being to figure out the correct position the place the watch. I have awaken many mornings to a dead watch. It does the same thing with the phone, I have to slide the phone around and adjust it to make sure it charges. When I am successful in getting a full charge on my phone, it doesn't last very long. I take my phone off the charger at 630am and by 1230 I'm at 60-70% battery remaining.

Well its just like the other negative reviews say. 9 times out of 10 i will wake up to a dead watch, phone or both. I put them on the charger and make sure they are charging but when i wake up the lights are flashing red and they are not charged. I regret not returning it when i had the chance. This charger, Note 10+ and Galaxy watch are the first Samsung items i have purchased since the Note 7 debacle and i should have just stayed with Apple. The Note 10 has too many issues for a 1200,00 phone.

Very small for the phone and watch to charge need to position them just right on the charger to work for 99$ it should work better charges ok but still finicky!!

Just recently bought this charger and it had problems from day one, but i was hoping it was just quirks that needed to straighten out. well after two weeks I have given up on that. This item won't fully charge my phone or smartwatch fully. On my watch it charges for about 15 minutes before the red light keeps blinking and stops charging. On my phone it sometimes charges to 100% but for the most time it only charges up to 87%. will exchange this for another one before returning for a refund.

You have to place the phone and the watch in a particular spot on the charger for it to work. It is a pain to get the right spot for it to charge the devices.

The idea of this charger was exciting. Something you can charge both your phone and airpods at the same time? Sweet! But unfortunately, it never charged them past 25%

Not compatible with watches with medal bands, needs a bracket to elevate to accomadate this option, otherwise works great

after having two of these the 7.5w pad quits working and doesn't charge right on one my devices unless i put in center way and 12w one min it charge it next day it trys not work so take my device off then put back on then finally charges its not worth $99.99 plus tax $108 samsung if you are reading this you need make new one that charges Correctly i Recommend you don't buy it until samsung makes new one that actally charges so disappoint

Bought this so I can charge my phone and watch next to my bed. At first it didn't work because I didn't have it plugged in properly. Figured it out then not even a week later it completely quit working. The two lights are flashing red. Unplugged it from the outlet, from the charger cube, from the pad, tried everything. It's still not working. Plan on bringing it back to the store. Disappointing that this didn't work.
