With my frontier s3 watch, it has to be perfectly centered on the watch charge pad or it doesn't charge at all. I feel like I would have been better off just keeping two separate chargers for phone and watch because I never had these issues with the factory charge dock. I feel like for this price, I shouldn't be able to have a single complaint about the product.

I would set the phone and watch in their respective places and both red lights would come on indicating that they were charging. However, when I woke up in the morning my phone did not charge at all. I found that if the devices were not positioned precisely in a specific spot they would not charge. Initially the red charging lights would come on and made me think that everything was good. After using for about 2 weeks I could not trust whether the phone/watch would charge or not. I ended up returning this item.

Great for Note Horrific for Watch DON'T BUY!

Great charger for my phone, but more than half the time it doesn't work for my watch. Red light on to indicate charging but it does not charge, or the red light doesn't change to indicate fully charged. Worse, the green light is on indicating fully charged and the watch has lost power...this morning the light was green watch was off and at ZERO! Waste of money. There is no reason Samsung can't make a watch that charges on the go...and this charger can't charge the watch sitting still on the nightstand 75% of the time. Another Samsung disappointment.

This charger is horrible for dependability and seldom fully charges anything. I recommend plugging your device in to charge the old way. This is way to undependable.
