I went back to best buy to get a case for it only to find out that they do not carry them. I had to order one online. Best Buy should carry cases for the phones they sell. I also went back to get them to trouble shoot my phone. I was having internet connection problems and Virgin mobil could not help me unless I had another phone. They were very helpful.
