Original EVO 64GB failed after minutes of use

It was gift purchased at best buy, however I don't have a receipt. After attempting to reformat/repair it is now a 1mb SDcard. Samsung has a 10 year warranty that is useless. Tried to use their web site; no way to start RMA. Tried to use the online chat, the woman said I had to call 800 number. I did. I spent 35 minutes on hold before hanging up in frustration. I am now 20+ minutes into call 2. I'm spending the time writing this review and warning you not buy from Samsung!
