I will be contacting either Best Buy or the manufacturer for a replacement. The only good thing I can say is all my files are secure on there. I will give it two stars because it did last 6 months but I would expect it to last much longer than that, but when it was working it was working fine.

The player would not recognize the card and further research shows that it was due to the exFAT file system. Having to return the card and purchase another type.
