    I was using this memory card for my X Star Premium drone and it would always stop in the middle of me recording my footage. What a bummer that was! All of my other brands of memory cards worked just fine.

    I purchased this to make sure that I could capture all the photos and video of a graduation. The disc stopped working before I got home and I lost all the photos and video footage. Disappointed

    I give it a 4* for quality, but that is with a caveat. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this card as long as you know what you’re using it for. Samsung flash is excellent and reliable and this is no exception. My use case for this card was not particularly hard, though. It lived in my wife’s Android for awhile, and then I used it as the boot drive for a Raspberry Pi 4. It’s reasonably fast, and has stood up to the kind of use a typical phone user might put this card through just fine for nearly two years. I personally would not use the Evo Plus in a dash cam that writes and rewrites high bitrate 4K over and over (certainly not on a 32GB) where it might even rewrite several times a day. (Honestly it probably doesn’t write fast enough to keep up anyway, especially if you have front and rear feeds going onto one card.) There are high-endurance cards specifically designed and warrantied for that use now. But for a trail cam or surveillance cam that is only 1080p or 720p and only writes to the card when movement is detected it would be just fine. For all other uses I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend this card very highly.

    Purchased 2 of these in Dec 2014 for two Galaxy S5s. Last week one of the cards began triggering error messages on my phone. Luckily I was able to transfer everything off of it before it FAILED yesterday. So much for the 10 year warranty. The card was never removed from the S5 and neither phone nor Samsung microSD card were abused. The card is essentially "dead" and results in "no media" when inserted into multiple PCs. I am in the process of contacting Samsung for warranty service since the card is only 3 years old. Buyer beware, even the fastest and most "protected" microSD cards fail. Not sure if they're worth the premium if they're going to fail 1/3 into their warranty period!? Back up, back up, back up. I was extremely lucky to have been able to download everything and not lose photos/videos.
