So your associate downloaded an app that made it so he could hear his phone better. I also needed to put my photos onto something, as i was going to loose th hem if i did not do something about it. She downloaded them onto the above product so they are now saved. She was extremely helpful!

You can never have enough storage.

I purchased it to hold into my new Samsung tablet. Installed it when I set up my tablet and I've forgotten its even there. It works like its original hardware built in the tab.
