Bought this fridge months ago due to COVID it was on back order Waited 4 months to receive it I feel in love the look , design tv monitor it has was awesome Unfortunately after having it for two weeks I decided to exchange it for another fridge The wifi on the tv was always going off The space in the fridge really didn’t care for The ice would get stuck then spill out making a huge mess Also after reading other reviews about future issues I decided to not wait and just return it I wish it would have worked out because that tv on there has many cool functions on there I purchased the LG thin Q will be giving my review about that One in a few weeks

It's very pretty to look at but broke down 7 months after purchase. It's always leaking and just all bad. Don't waste your money, do your research and buy another brand.

Couple of things that prevent a higher rating. Ice maker is very small. Have to rearrange the shelves to even hold a gallon of milk or half gallon of juice. We do like the flex zone tray

So quiet you hardly know its there. All operations are smooth and flawless. The black stainless steel was the right choice, no visible fingerprint. love how the display screen comes on with motion giving you the time and temperature time and temperature. Love everything about it

So far my wife & I are loving this refrigerator! This frig is the perfect size for our kitchen & I especially love the option of having three cooling zones. As of now I haven't gotten into setting up the Bixby software yet but I will be setting up soon & I am sure it will make our user experience even better!

I had this fridge before and I loved it. Left it when I sold my home. Brought it again in my new home. Issue was with customer service with Samsung

The refrigerator looks great and so far, works great.we’ve only had the unit for about a month, but so far we are very pleased. The instructions for operating the special features are sadly lacking but the on line tools are somewhat complete.

Ordered this would not deliver to my area so I had to drive 1 hr and 30 mins to pickup. Had a dent in the door. Called them reordered had to drag all the way back to the store to get another. This one was fine. Love the fridge in general.

Ice machine is very slow at dispensing cubed and crushed ice. The ice capacity is also very small. Easy to use up all the ice quickly and takes forever to produce more ice. Everything else is great for a counter depth fridge. Love the family hub. Delivery and installation was terrible. After it was too late I noticed a dent and a scratch made by either the delivery people or the warehouse. Handles were installed with plastic still on. Plastic is sticking out from under each handle. Next time I’ll pay closer attention to delivery and installation.
