    Weve had numerous long standing issues with the ice maker, none od which Samsung is willing to be responsible for. Icing over, ceasing to work, not generating new ice. Headache after headache. Very frustrating after spending 3k on a fridge, just a few years ago.

    This was the worst purchase i ever made!!! I bought this fridge in December and it stopped cooling in February. It has been a uphill battle trying to get it fixed. 15 calls and three technicians coming out to look at it, it is still broken with no resolution. Samsung does not think of their customers and i doubt I'll get a new fridge. They want me to wait for a fourth technician to come out now. So frustrating

    Considering buying a Samsung appliance? DON'T DO IT! We've bought a washer and dryer, oven, and this fridge. Never again! Every one of them has been a huge disappointment. Regarding the fridge, simply Google Samsung Ice Maker. It is every bit as bad as everyone says it is. There are even class action lawsuits. I wish I'd have done my homework before trusting this brand.

    We Love our New Fridge

    When we purchased our new home we needed a refrigerator as well. This one had been unavailable everywhere, so I just wanted to get something as soon as possible. My husband insisted that he wanted this one and nothing else. So we decided to go to Best Buy and yes they had it in stock. We were connected with a sales person and he was terrific he even priced matched it for us. Delivery was very fast. I must say "we love this fridge", one of the best purchases for our new home. If you are on the fence don't be, you will not be sorry.

    Ice maker fails

    Ice maker failed within months of use. After replacing ice maker unit, it failed again after a few months. It ices over constantly and then stops making ice. Do not buy this product. Samsung wants to charge hundreds to repair it but everything I read online states that it will continue to fail after having them repair it again. Samsung does not stand by their product. Their is also a class action lawsuit against them for their icemakers.

    Great Refridgerator!

    I bought this about a week ago, and I gotta say. I did not expect it to be this amazing! I can't get enough of being able to look in my fridge through the SmartThings app. When i'm on the couch planning my groceries list I can look in my fridge with the cameras and look and see what I need! It's one of my favorite features!

    Run!!! It's defective. We purchased this fridge Aug 2020. By Oct 2020 we noticed it didn't maintain temperature causing the entire freezer to thaw. It happened a 2nd time in Dec 2020. After searching the internet I learned to "rest" the fridge. I have chatted with Samsung customer service they sent me a website troubleshoot list and how to "fix" this fridge everytime it doesn't work right. Basically because I found a way to restart it they claim it's fine. I should not have to babysit my fridge or be worried I am going to lose all our food. Oh and the manual doesn't explain how to remove the bottom glass shelf, I had to youtube how to remove the glass to clean the fridge. Awful.

    I just had a bizarre technical glitch happen that's un-nerving. I'm a realtor and sometimes need to take over Ring Doorbell cameras for clients when selling. After dealing with Ring on the phone to get off a doorbell account at a recently sold house, my Samsung refrigerator AT MY HOUSE has Ring on it and all my settings are gone. I just updated the software to reset my settings but how creepy is that!!!! My Ring account isn't even a Google email so I'm not sure how that intrusive intersection happened.
