It was a great buy! Very cheek Abe unique. At first it looked smaller in space but the capacity is good.

I wish you could download apps, for now you are stuck with what samsung allows there is no app store

Features are good and helpful. Looks nice with smart hub. Can play music all time. Liking the Middle door as it is customizable. Cons - on the door keeping milk can is little hassle. Water marks near water dispenser leaves whitish areA.

This refrigerator is defi ahead of its time. The family hub is defi worth the high price tag. Love the feature that I am able to view circular of various different supermarkets and can create a shopping list by clicking on the needed items within the app.

The display is cool. The drawer can be used as a freezer or a fridge, so that makes its use very flexible.

First time purchasing Samsung love the middle drawer and able to download music on the internet

like the screen that shows the time and temp. also it sends out notification when doors are left open.

Love the French Doors and led lighting. The top drawer is perfect for deli meats and cheeses. Freezer is large enough and beats a side by side. The family hub is awsome ! Still on a learning curve to realize its capabilities.

It feels like the engineers started with an ice-maker and built a refrigerator around it. The machine takes up a lot of refrigerator equity and making the left door next to useless half of that shelf space is 2 inches and 3 inches deep. You get 2 crispers and a drawer for more flat packaging foodstuffs. You can't just pull gallons of milk out of the right hand door. You need to tilt it to the side first because it's only deep enough to hold the container and the plastic guard rail is too tall, you can remove a shelf to solve this problem. Which is the main problem with this unit. You can move shelves (causing the other shelf to have no height) or you can remove the shelf (reducing how much the refrigerator can hold.) Unless you freeze your leftovers this refrigerator holds very little in the way of large containers.

Perfect fit in our kitchen and looks terrific. The internal organization is great as easy to see what is where at a glance. The family hub is entertaining and often surprising what shows. Well designed and so far, works well.

I used to think all the ice maker issues were overblown, then it happened to us. 18 months after owning, ice make just randomly stopped working. Followed the troubleshooting procedures and it still doesn't work. To top it off, best buy wants me to pay a diagnostic fee to look at it.

The appliance came with a small dent that could be noticed from an angle. Other than that our family loves the family hub, the refrigerator is doing what it is expected to do.
