Recently purchased all Samsung appliances in the black stainless and they are beautiful. The tv screen in the door of the fridge is super cool. My wife loves the music and the internet recipes and I love that it shows the weather outside. When I woke up for work my fridge showed rain coming down on the tv screen which was amazing! Super sleek and tons of storage. Love love love!

All appliances work great and look very nice. My one regret is that my salespeople did not offer for me to sign up for a best buy rewards account at time of purchase.

great product, the only issue I have is a very small ice capacity, too small and too slow to dispense the ice.

These fridges have known defects. Samsung just keeps producing them. Ice makers freeze then fail, fridge temps don't hold. Run! It may be pretty but it's a giant paper weight.

The Samsung 3-Door refrigerator is probably by far the best refrigerator i have owned. To be honest, i have never owned a fridge with a giant tablet built-in to the door and on top of that, it has cameras on the inside, so you never have worry about what in your refrigerator when you are out shopping and need to know if your out of milk. Just open your samsung connect app, click on the fridge and bam take a look inside your refrigerator from anywhere on your phone. Just like that, its that easy. This fridge is just awsome. The family hub center on the fridge is just amazing. Its full of different apps, you can access the internet, play pandora, youtube videos, ring video door bell, uber, many more features and boasts a pretty nice speaker. I must admit, i am very impressed by this refrigerator and very sleek looking black stainless steel option. The interior of the fridge is pretty spacious, and has multiple, movable and retractable trays. The fridge employs a twin cooling system, so basically the top portion has its own sperate cooling system from the freezer, which allows you to set a different temperature for each section. After my thorough usage of this fridge, i found only one thing that i believe samsung could improve upon. The ice maker or the "Ice Master" is a very sluggish and sort of a messy system. It feels like it takes forever to fill a cup of ice and when you try to use the crushed ice feature, it just throws ice eveywhere. So, in short, i think Samsung should really improve this feature of this refrigerator. My overall experience with this fridge has been great and im definetly in love with the product, especially the family hub center, which by the way my kids enjoy as well.

Beautiful, compliments our kitchen well and does what a fridge is supposed to do, plus a whole lot more! Apps are great, bluetooth speaker cool. Drawers seem a little loose and dispensing of ice is not the greatest (a little bit of a pause before dispensing and you need to make sure your cup is all the way back or ice will end up on floor.

I bought this after the announcement of Family Hub 4.0 at CES 2019. It's physically the 2018 model but will but will receive the software update sometime 2nd or 3rd quarter this year. It's stunning in appearance. I chose stainless steel over titanium because it's timeless and goes with any future kitchen remodel I may have in mind. I also selected the counter-depth version for aesthetics and because I have two other smaller refrigerators around the house and will add a freezer in the garage at a later point. No complaint from it's performance as a fridge. It keeps my food cold like I hope it would at this price :rolleyes: The deli drawer is cool and compartmentalizes my snacking foods without having to dig them out of the main compartment. Overall a nice center piece to the kitchen. It commands the scene whenever you enter. My minor grievances are with the ice/water dispenser and doors. It feels like they tried to remove the clutter and make it simple but sacrificed ease of use in return. My old fridge had two separate buttons - front and back, so that when you pressed a cup against them they evacuated the contents directly into the center of the cup. With the Samsung I have to hold the cup and extend a knuckle to hit the button because the water comes out at an angle towards the fridge as I raise the cup to discourage splashout. Not a big deal, just annoying while I adjust to the slight of hand change. The doors are on the lighter side, making the left door harder to close with a simple flick of the wrist; Often I have to push it close because I'm too gentle in trying not to slam it. Lighter also kind of gives it a cheaper feel. They're solid but lack the piece of mind of heavier doors of my old fridge. In the meantime, the Family hub software is kind of gimmicky but fun. I have a compatibility issue with my Google Max speaker I opened a ticket on that will hopefully be resolved in the near future. I also wish 4.0 will allow more adjustment with color/contrast because just brightness isn't cutting it. The resolution was lower than I expected so hopefully it will be made up for here. All in all, no surprises. It neither under performed or exceeded in expectations. I just hope the software improvements keep coming for at least the next 5-10 years.

The refrigerator is a little small but we had to get a counter depth. We really love the refrigerator so far. We only have it a month. It’s very eye pleasing and has lots of apps.

It offers great thermostat control and temperature uniformity, it’s very quiet and energy efficient, and it’s easy to use. The power freeze and power cool functions are perfect for quickly freezing meats or chilling warm drinks. I am a techie and I love this refrigerator, all of the settings are accessed via the main display, I can control my Arlo security system, view a video feed from my door bell camera, surf the web and so much more.

First off,please know that I fought my husband on this purchase because I had my heart set on the LG and I felt all the Samsung technology was quite ridiculous for a refrigerator. However I gave in since he is in sales and this was his bonus buying it. Everything he used to hard sell me on it proved true. I love the screen for looking up recipes and making grocery lists. I enjoy the family pic slideshow. I adore the changing seasonal weather pics displaying the temp and the weather forecast. My husband sends me messages from his phone to be cute too. Beyond that the really important stuff has been great - it is so quiet, the water comes out of dispenser quickly and cold, the ice maker has worked great for us. It is much roomier than my former Frigidaire side by side which I would not have given a good review to on any of those former details. We love the text message it sends when the door doesn't get shut. The feature that allows us to look inside the fridge while at the store is handy. Love the separate deli drawer which is super roomy and easy to organize meats and cheeses. The doors hold my 2-3 1/2 gallons of milk or juice conveniently. It's brightly lit, stays cold, has a roomy and easily organized freezer drawer and makes my whole kitchen feel renewed. Love this product!

Have had the fridge for about 2 months now and am very pleased. Time will tell if this continues as this a replacement for an earlier version of the same fridge that lasted just 4 years. The family hub is great. Like the ability to create a shopping list and view it while shopping. Can also see fridge contents while out.

I was going back and forth between getting the family hub and a plain fridge, but this fridge has been awesome. I can check what’s inside from the store, add to a shopping list the family can all see, add to a calendar, leave notes either from the screen or from my phone. This refrigerator is awesome

We've had our Samsung refrigerator for several months now and we're VERY pleased with it. It runs so quiet! I have integrated a few features of the Family Hub and it's pretty nifty. I like the convenient folding shelves inside and the trim on the door shelves (which hide scratches from jars etc). Ours is counterdepth so it doesn't look like a big HONKING refrigerator (LOL) but at 22 cu ft is very roomy. Especially like the extra Flexzone drawer that you can program the temp for! (Ours is a beverage drawer!) Freezer is easy to organize & a great size. Love seeing family photos on the screen <3 All in all giving it an A+

If you take your kids shopping for a fridge you’ll have no choice but to buy a Samsung Family Hub fridge. I’m skeptical about technology like this and how long it will last/be up to date, but they convinced me and I’m so glad they did! It has the perfect layout with middle drawer and freezer on bottom. I can see and access everything up top too. It’s not too deep and it’s bright inside. As far as the tablet, we have our family calendar synced which is a huge selling point. I can pull up my favorite recipes online and don’t have to keep scrolling and tapping my phone or iPad. I can listen to tunes in the kitchen and no longer need my wireless speaker. I could go on and on. There is always a slideshow of my favorite photos which is fun too and my kids and their friends love the whiteboard. I’ve had a few issues with the calendar syncing correctly at times and their are fingerprints, but the pros far outweigh the negatives. I honestly don’t use the camera feature other than to show my friends how cool my fridge is. Haha! The camera only shows the shelves, not the doors and most of my regular items are on the door. There is a cool expiration date alert and other awesome features that I haven’t had a chance to tinker with yet. For any complaints that people have about the ice or the water dispenser, they clearly didn’t live with my crappy fridgidaire side by side fridge that I replaced. Our family of 4 thinks it’s perfect!! I do have a separate freezer in my garage for overflow and a separate beer fridge otherwise I might be in trouble/ have to buy less. If you are in the market for this size fridge, I wouldn’t think twice. Just buy it!!!

We are enjoying the smart refrigerator. We have photos and recipes right there. We like the freezer on the bottom, and the deli drawer helps the kids get snacks easily.

We purchased the Family hub Counter depth refrigerator and are very happy with it. The refrigerator has plenty of room. I really like the drawer that can be used as a deli/drink drawer. It allows you to use the drawers inside the main refrigerator for fruits and vegetables. The family hub is nice but does not connect to the internet very well all the time. You also have a limited amount of icons available and we have not been able to figure out how to change them. It is nice to play music easily and the sound is pretty good. Overall we are very happy so far with all the features of the refrigerator.

This is a very neat and nice refrigerator that has three different compartments with different temperature to keep your food at certain temperature, very cool.

This is coming from a nerd at heart. I like all the possibilities that present themselves (if knowing kind of how to setup different smart things, I have a very connected home so this is fun) All in all if you’re looking for a fridge with a lot of space this isn’t the one, but it does or has about everything else. Oh and did I mention an amazing conversion piece. A great fridge, maybe a little over the top and pricey but fun and a great working fridge.

Love this fridge. I get to use it for cooking ideas that it has on there. I can make shopping list and send it to my phone or anyone in the family that is out so they can grab groceries. I can take a look at the inside of the fridge remotely while i am at work to see what we have and dont have so i can get it. The speakers in it are fantastic too. Listening to music while working in the kitchen.

I’m listening to Pandora on my fridge as I write this. I love the Samsung apps to include to the calendar, shopping list and the ability to see inside the fridge while I’m at the store. My husband can put things on the shopping list or leave me memos. The only negative is that it doesn’t fit tall items inside the fridge unless you lift the shelving.
