I love it! The shopping list feature is awesome! The kids love playing music.

My builder told me to get a counter depth appliance, I wish I would have measured the area for the fridge. Because the counter depth is little small for in the storage areas. If I would have gotten the non-counter depth I would have had more space inside and the fridge would have fit better in the area. other than that it is a good appliance.

I have had my refrigerator for about 2 weeks now. There are no complaints as the screen response time is awesome and the shelf space seems to accommodate our life style. I look forward to learning how to use more of Bixby's features since having my Pinterest, Instacart and timer are the only ones I have used so far. I am also a first time android user with this appliance.

Love the design, love the size and space inside the fridge and freezer

Only thing I can see to improve is the ice needs to dispense faster

This fridge is very user friendly with all its apps, widgets and other tech savvy additions. I am at ease of utilizing it without reading the manual. I really love the access to the internet and being able to listen to a variety of radio stations. Only issue is that I do not have the specific phone or TV to sync with the fridge which is a bummer.

We're loving it so far, the touchscreen has lots of benefits, along with the normal refrigeration, like if the door is open, it'll let us know, you can listen to music, create a smart shopping list etc. I wish if they would've used standard 'Ok Google' option over 'Hey Bixby', Samsung OS isn't anywhere close to Android.

This refrigerator is 2 years old and does not have a working ice maker. Best Buy Geek squad cannot seem to fix my ice maker that I hasn't been operational in two months! They keep sending techs yet no repair works. The call center only hangs up on me and refuses to bring resolution to the situation. Ive been hung up on twice today still with no repair set. Ive been lied to by every rep that gets on the call. How is this acceptable?

Great refrigrator to have . The space inside is awesome.

This is a nice size design fridge for an apartment, as it is not too deep, the drawer in the middle is great for cold cuts etc. It looks great but does have some issues: 1.The internal freezer top drawer falls off the rails now and then and difficult to get back on the rails. 2. The filtered water is not cool, and the ice has a lot of air in it so it looks freezer burned rather than clear. 3. The screen is nice, the internal camera is close to a waste of time as it cannot recognize anything correctly and then suggests meals based on what it thinks you have - the most random, awful recipe ideas.

Love the integration of the shopping list, radio, ring doorbell, and photo album all available on the fridge. Dont' love how much room the icemaker takes in the door, but our previous Samsung fridge had it in the drawer at the bottom and we do like the water quickly available and cold.

The size is nice -the ice maker is extremely slow - very slow - Everything else is great - the features on the screen are ok - I was told I could watch hulu on it - but have never been able to achieve that function.

I was debating to get fridge with the touch screen, then yet went ahead and bought it. To have a touch screen is an additional feature I was thinking I would not use, not only it's so convenient to have your tasks and reminders. It has already a lot build in useful apps.

This refrigerator is not as spacious inside as a full length 2 door, but we found a way to make it work. The bottom freezer portion has a sliding shelf/drawer that always seems to get stuck and never slides open and shut the way it's supposed to - that's been quite annoying. I do absolutely love that I can watch what's on the TV in another room while I'm in the kitchen. Since that's the main reason why we got this it makes the other not so great characteristics better.

I am in love with this fridge, it fits perfectly with my counter and looks so beautiful. You can listen to music and watch vid and best part is connect all the Samsung product via SmartThings app. Everything is one place makes life so much easier

My new appliance adds the sparkle in my gourmet kitchen. This is a wonderful addition to our eating and entertaining space. We love our Samsung family hub refrigerator.
