Excellent refrigerator! Watch TV, listen to music!

Overall, magnificent fridge....but! If I wanted, just a “magnificent fridge” I could’ve saved money by getting one with out the screen! I honestly don’t remember the last time it worked. On top of that, when it did work, none of the “features” actually worked! No screen mirroring etc. honestly, just get a normal fridge instead of breaking the bank.

The only real complaint I have about this refrigerator is the storage in the door is not great for milk

Main freezer is hard to access because the top portion of it is difficult to push away.

Delivered on time by Best Buy. 10 mins after they installed it and left, it starts making a loud buzzing noise from the compressor and it gets louder. Goes on for about 3 hours. Now everytime the compressor comes on I can hear it at the other end of the house! The Samsung non counter-depth that it replaced (also new) was whisper-quiet. Best Buy have agreed to replace this one so I hope the next one is ok - fingers crossed. Else we will look for a different fridge altogether!

This refrigerator even doesn't have leveling feet! No matter how fancy it is, it's missing something essential. Also the inverter is super noisy, just like a car parking in your living room.

Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Fridge looks amazing, enjoy the family hub, even though I question if it's worth the money. We live about 20 minutes from the closest grocery store, so being able to see inside the fridge remotely is a nice feature. Enjoy using the tablet for recipes, Pandora, and I really enjoy the weather and time with changing scenes. Sounds trivial, but it's nice. We like the deli drawer quite a bit. Great location for snacks, especially for our 5 year old -- it's the perfect height for her. My only significant complaint is the allocation of space in the fridge. There aren't a lot of places to put fairly tall items like wine bottles, milk, tall condiments, etc. I wish that Samsung had allocated space or made the existing space more flexible in terms of height. Shelves are adjustable, but not to a large degree.

Suddenly we needed a new fridge fast. We needed a counter depth and french door. This Samsung was a little over the top with the family hub, but we figured why not. We are glad we did! The ability to control the temp on the screen is great! Love the whiteboard! Get weather and radar on the screen and the app works flawlessly. We really can't say enough good things about this fridge. It has more than enough room for everything we need and the drawer is a fantastic addition. The unit is very very quiet. The stainless steel is beautiful to look at. It's much larger inside than it looks. Veggies stay fresh much longer with the ability to adjust the humidity in the drawers. Lastly, the ice maker and filtered water in the door is the best I've seen. It even has an LED light when you use it. Overall Samsung has the most complete, best fridge on the market!

The refrigerator has worked as advertised and provides adequate storage. As it is a counter depth it is not as large as a standard refrigerator. I have NOT used the built in screen as I thought I would. It’s just not a value. If I were to make a purchase again I would buy the one that offers a door in place of the screen.

We knew we were losing space when we went to a counter-depth refrigerator, however we didn't realize that poor design would result in a greater loss than anticipated. Gallon milk jugs have to be forced to fit on the door, and the rest of the door compartments are marginally usable. Shelf design makes the back 2 1/2 inches of the refrigerator difficult if not impossible to use. While that doesn't sound like much it results in the loss of over 10% of the refrigerator portion. NOISY! Loud popping sounds, apparently parts expanding and contracting, and a rattling sound that you would expect from an old frig on it's last legs make us wonder if it's going to die on us. About the only thing we've gotten from support is "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you". Not much help. Finally, we took delivery on this refrigerator early to qualify for a rebate which we submitted in August 2018, It's now January 2019 and while we've received several emails stating that the rebates been approved, we're still waiting for the rebate. Had planned to apply it towards a new Samsung Smart TV to go with our Samsung Oven, Phones, etc., however the likelihood of our purchasing additional Samsung products in the future is extremely remote. Will be reporting the rebate issue to the FTC once they open back up as Samsung rebate issues are a violation of Federal law, and seem to be widespread based upon posts to their support forum at: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/Kitchen/thread-id/15842/page/3 On a positive note, the in door display is a nice toy, although it would have been smarter and cheaper to mount a large tablet to the door of a different brand of refrigerator and not have to deal with a marginal Bixby system.

I love the fridge. It’s spacious with out having a giagantic feel. The features are amazing.

BEWARE....We were really excited for this fridge but probably after three months it started giving us problems with the icemaker that ice gets stuck that ice wont dispense, this has become an every day thing. and when you have a party and you’re using the icemaker a lot eventually you’ll be stuck with no ice, it takes forever to fill up the ice again. Also it’s not a very spacious refrigerator. The family hub app doesn’t even work at all anymore it’s the worse so we really don’t get to use all the good features on the refrigerator because we can’t log in to the Family Hub App. It sucks we Have a year with it and it’s been a big disappointment. And the camera doesn’t even show you the whole refrigerator inside just shows the middle part of each row inside the fridge.

Nice fridge. I love how technical it is but my wife and I have had it for 4 years and woke up one day and come to find that the freezer had given up on us. Half of our food had already been thawed out. Not fun.

I don’t recommend this Samsung fridge. The icemaker broke down 4 months from today I purchase it , after that it broke down 3 more times they told me that I just needed to call every time the icemaker was not working until my extended warranty expired .
