Touch screen did stop working but I had purchased the protection plan so getting it fixed was free and simple. The ice maker has stopped working now after 3 years but again I purchased the protection plan so will get it fixed. Love the snack drawer and the freezer drawer. It’s also nice that the bottom shelf can move. Spills have been inconvenient in trying to get the shelf off to clean. Liquids get into areas that can’t just be wiped up.
