Not happy with delivery and set up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst delivery ever. So rude the first time and just left. Second time was just as bad. Guy didn’t set up other than plugging it in and then I got yelled at by the manager who then proceeded to hang up on me when she realized she had called the wrong customer. Unbelievable. My husband had to spend a lot of the day undoing plastic, installing everything, putting on the handles and getting the refrigerator level. Did not post my original review. I am still angry in thinking about this, and just happened to see that my original review was not posted when I was looking in my email to see which model I had purchased. So, I’ll take the time to post again because I already lost days of my time dealing with this.

Stay away from Samsung!

There are several design faults in the refrigerator which the company denies. Customer service is the most pathetic. Stay away from Samsung and its products, otherwise you will just be wasting your money

LG won't honor their warranty and my fridge is 4 y

touchscreen stopped working
