We love our new Samsung fridge with Family Hub. It is everything we hoped for. Best buy was fantastic to work with as well. We had some issues with the first one that was delivered and they had a replacement to us in 3 days.

Love it! Easy to use and setup. My nephew stays doodling on it, great way to keep him distracted while we’re cooking in the kitchen! Slick and clean, water filter and ice machine works great! Solid product

I was on the fence about this purchase. No longer doubtful. I use the apps for recipes. The tabs for grocery lists. Honestly only problem i have is that the crushed ice spits out all crazy. But it’s not a huge issue for me

This is truly the refrigerator of dreams! We love everything about it! I can cook recipes from apps, listen to the news in the morning and my kids love listening to the Amazon music app and drawing pictures. Highly recommended.

I love the fridge, it looks Great has lots of storage, but like others have said the shelves on the doors are some what of an after thought. Only small items will fit in them, It has a lot of features on the tech side of things

The refrigerator exceeds expectations. It does it all. From ordering groceries and keeping track of the items inside to entertaining while we cook. The installation was also seamless and quick. A great experience overall.

I have enjoyed my new refrigerator very much! I would like to be able to move the shelves though. The shelves seems to be fixed and not moveable

For the most part I love the fridge love the screen however only Con Would be the storage and the doors are really small can barely fit anything in it but other than that I love it

Love the Hub! The available space to store my food is extraordinary. The hub communicates to my Google, Ring, phone and much more. Love the display of family photo and recipes. It is a must have purchase!

The fridge was perfect for me, and its huge for the size of it. I am able to play music on it. And the fridge makes a note about the list of foods that are in the fridge, which I find that cool.

Love the new appliance. I like the zone draw where you can change he temp from Freeze to a wine temp. I would recommend. Like that I can see wat is in the fridge with out opening the door or looking from my cell phone. Like the family hub

Great refrigerator- the display really bright and clear … user friendly and easily was able to follow instructions and download the app which works prefect

Fridge meets my wife expectations and needs. Speakers are a little muffled and low but not extremely dislike them. Storage space may me adjusted to our needs. Generally satisfied with the product.

Good size refrigerator, very quiet operation. Cools down drinks quickly. Very happy with purchase and installation. Installation crew was quick and professional and took every precaution to prevent damage.

Great fridge. Black stainless steel is easily scratched even with the slightest contact with a hard a object or a fridge magnet. Ice maker is slow very slow. But overall good quality.

Roomie, great quality product, lobe the Family HUB, easy to get recipes, my kids love the cameras to see the food inside the fridge without having to open it.

Very nice refrigerator, keeps food fresh longer than my last fridge. Ice maker works without issue. The camera for food id is a nice touch. Wife love the touch screen, and speaker sounds good.

The fridge inside and outside looks incredible. I wish the water dispenser had more of a catch basin though. Also, the water dispenser drips water when it is not being used.

Overall very nice and works well. I would have liked to have had adjustable shelves inside and in addition, the door where the ice maker dispenser is really does not hold much of anything! Waste.

Love our refrigerator! So much room! We can see everything! And using the apps on the fridge is great i am cooking more things and being more organized its great!
