excellent product, super smart refrigerator. notifies if door is left open. space around ice maker could have been designed more smartly but over all perfect for 3-4 people family

Loaded with more options than I will ever need. Works great but could use a better door shelf and interior shelf configuration. Also, the ice maker is slightly noisy at times.

This fridge replaced an LG fridge of the similar style that stopped working after 10 years. Since 2007 when I bought my first Samsung TV, I always buy Samsung, either TV or any other home appliances. I believe Samsung is the sample of innovation, beauty, performance and quality. This brand products are few decades more advanced above all other brands. I have never had any problem with this great brand. This fridge is great from every point of view. My other Samsung fridge is still working after 11 years while we keep it in the worst conditions.

It’s everything I could ever imagine! It has all the bells and whistles I want. There is plenty of room and space. Lots of storage for food in both the refrigerator and freezer area.

Very functional for a large family. Fridge is high for younger/ shorter children but I personally consider that a plus. Family hub operates just like every tablet and quite easy.

Over all it's an amazing Fridge, you'll notice the 3rd extra drawer, that's great to keep drinks and other quick items, this way you don't loose all the cold in the fridge. It works with Samsung Smart Things, which is similar to Alexa or Google Home, but it's Bixby which is Samsung's "name". I don't understand this one thing though, it doesn't allow you to install Alexa on the smart pad, but it has Amazon Music... hmmm, it also has other Apps that are great, but I've found that I'm not able to install some things like a Tablet would do. That would have been a great idea is if they made it part of their Samsung Tablets.

Absolutely love the refrigerator. Glad my family and I decided to purchase this item. I love how I can look up recipes and follow step by step while in the kitchen cooking.

It’s a smart fridge with plenty of cool options. I feel it’s a bit too much overall but if you’re a tech savvy person, you’ll love it. I prefer a more simple fridge.

The fridge came wrapped put had scratch marks on it, that was disappointing. The fridge is great and love screen with all the options.

So far so good… I love the way this thing looks and the technology that’s built inside of it. It’s definitely a conversation piece and people walk in. Some of the features can be overwhelming but if you know what you’re doing they can be super helpful. Only concern I have is longevity because I know smart products tend to have software issues. And our previous Samsung fridge appointment us in less than 10 years. So fingers crossed this is a great buy.

This is a pretty cool fridge. The touch screen is very responsive and you can get quick recipes for cooking. You can see what’s in your fridge when your out shopping for groceries!

We just had this refrigerator delivered and it is better than expected. We are very happy with this purchase it has all the bells and whistles and plenty of room for everything we need.

The best refrigerator I have ever owned, just so functional and fun to have in my home. There isn't much it can't do and was worth the extra money I spent on it. Never thought a refrigerator could do so much. Competitors simply have a window to look through, well thats great but not really functional or provides anything more than if you could open the door and look yourself. Well this does that too with internal cameras, but it provides limitless other possibilities. Its like a huge tablet computer

Works great. Love the entertainment. Have a great speaker for music. Family hub is wonderful. I would recommend this refrigerator to everyone I know.

Does everything you would expect in a fridge and more. Make sure you have a teenager around to help you learn the touch screen features. Voice recognition needs some improvement.

Bought this refrigerator to replace my broken Kenmore. The build quality of the fridge is better than the Kenmore. Ice maker is great, I don't think I have run out of Ice with normal use, as I did with the Kenmore. The touchscreen monitor is basically having a big Android tablet attached to the fridge. The camera that shows the inside the fridge is nice, but once the fridge is stuffed with food, it is hard to determine what is in there. Capacity of the fridge is huge. Did not realize how big it was, until I started putting food in there and noticed it held more than my Kenmore.
