For the refrigerator the ice maker constantly freezes up and requires service. This is a known issue with zero resolutions. I've also had to have the ice maker itself replaced 2x.

Refrigerater stays cold, freezer stays very cold. Expensive for a large, refrigerated tablet. Looking back, I’d rather have the ice.

Really Pretty, Many, Many, Many Design flaws....

Then just after the warranty expires, you will begin to experience a variety of issues with the unit. -Ice maker freezes up. -Cooling Fan Ices over. -Leaks Samsung will tell you they can fix it, but these are design flaws that have been in these units for YEARS! Do your research! Do NOT just read reviews! These units have caused spoiled food, Medication be become unusable due to temperature in the unit to be too high. Cause cause of several kitchen fires. Mold in the ice cubes. And damaged floors because of leaks.

The ice maker constantly freezes, upon doing some searching this appears to be a common issue with these refrigerators. I wish we had known this before buying would have bought another brand.

Horrible customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately this one was a lemon for us. Not an issue of Samsung would stand behind their product. I have 12 emails saying they're sending someone to fix it. They strung us along for 4 months and countless hours on the phone telling me the entire time it was covered. 4 months later they called and said, "Sorry, we were only kidding, you're on your own". Guess I'll use it for a boat anchor.
